When you walk in, this place has charm and is detailed in a careful and welcoming way. Relatively new but reflecting a bygone era. Lots of attention to detail, lots of features, lots of comfort. Well located in the small hamlet of Auburn. Well done to the caring owners.

A delightful 3 bedroom cottage including breakfast food - bacon, eggs, cereal, bead, milk. yoghurt. etc. Very comfy, and very quiet. Spacious areas for all rooms. Kitchen really nice. Log fire, which I'm sure would be very welcome in Winter. Washing machine, which we used on arrival. The only thing we didn't like were the steps at both back & front doors. The front ones are not very safe. Really needs better steps, with a rail or better still would be a ramp & rail. If using any walking aids or a wheel chair, would have difficulty. Inside the house all one level. Otherwise recommend, and would return if in the area.

Good accommodation very clean and tidy. They have thought about and provided nearly everything. We chose this place in particular for the fire. What was disappointing was that you are charged an extra $15 to use the fireplace which is not stated anywhere until you arrive. Also if you are going to charge $15 for wood provide kindling and smaller pieces of wood to get the fire started. I would suggest adjusting costs and including fire or clearly advertising fire not included. Sorry about the negative feedback but it would of made things much easier if stated clearly.
