Hotel datato, colazione molto scadente, ristorante scadente.

Good room, in the annex building with a beautiful view of the sea, quiet, clean. The food was a little diverse, especially at breakfast, and weak at dinner, contrary to the written menu, it was pretentious. The coffee tastes bad. Long distance to the city, and long distance to the common transport stations for Taormina-Castelmola (exceptional cities!!!) The terminal station in the bus station is horrible, no toilets, no displays, no waiting place protected from the sun or rain, with scowling even impertinent drivers Near the hotel, good restaurants, with civilized service, with varied and good food (Mister Fantasy)

From start to finish the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is great with the ability to walk into town or nearby beaches, whilst also being very peaceful. The staff were fantastic and so hospitable and friendly. We stayed on a half-board basis with excellent continental buffet breakfast each morning (including bacon and eggs for any fellow Brits worried they'll miss a full English!). The evening meal was on an a la carte basis with options, and every dish we tried was delicious, and staff were also very accommodating of my food allergy. Rooms and common areas were clean and as advertised in pictures. Facilities were good and it was nice to have the choice of swimming in the sea via the ladder or using the pool at a neighbouring hotel, and there were plenty of sun loungers. All round it was a fantastic stay and I cannot praise the hotel high enough!

Awful hotel & definitely a 1 star not 4 star! Dirty & scruffy & staff not great either. I would never recommend this hotel. It needs serious renovations every where including pool area. Nothing like the pictures on website

Awful place - very tired & everything is in great need of refurbishing. Staff very unfriendly & breakfast was awful. Sorry I can’t say anything positive about this hotel. The room was passable until you opened up to the balcony to a rusty table @ AC unit!!

Really nice hotel in a good location for a walk into town. The staff were really friendly and joke around when serving dinner. Having the breakfast outside looking at the water was a bit plus for us.
