Front desk closed…took us 45 minutes to get to someone who could call night manager to check us in…then no blankets….other family member, no pillows!

Questions to ask: how many abandoned cars in the lot? How many long term residents? The front desk closes at what time! Vending room closes at what time?

the room smelled like food preparation and was hard to tolerate. Smelled like curry/indian food. Actually the smell got into my open suitcase, smelled up my clothes for the rest of my trip. (this was a one night stay into DC). quite gross actually

Broken hair dryer, bath towel is short, disappointed with breakfast, not comfortable with cleanliness and the worst is the smell of room

It was clean but the bed and pillows were not very confortable. The hotel is in a beautiful and secure area which make me feel comfortable and service was good. The breakfast was just coffee and a nutrition bar.

When I checked in they tried to charge me even though I had already paid. When I got to the room it smelled bad - like people had been smoking (in a non-smoking room). The cabinets were falling off and it just had a gross feeling.
