위치도 좋고 음식 종류도 다양했지만, 뷔페 음식은 좀 밋밋했습니다. 호텔 예약 택시를 포함한 지역 택시는 공항 픽업 서비스 요금이 95유로인데, 호텔은 택시 "파트너"의 요금은 130유로라고 고집합니다. 수천 유로를 들여서 묵었는데, 결국 4점만 준 이유는 바로 이 사람들이 횡령을 하고 있기 때문입니다.

We are approaching the end of our 9 night break at this hotel and we have had a lovely time. We booked a Petit Yali Suite which has its own private terrace with chairs and loungers and access to a shared infinity pool. The room - The room is beautiful, spacious, well air conditioned, nice shower, plenty of hanging space. The cleaners do a fantastic job and we really liked the night time staff visit who always left bottles of water, clean towels and sweets on the bed, my wife and I called them the fairies. The infinity pool - Beautiful pool with picture perfect views across the sea. We enjoyed spending our time here during the day. We were a little disappointed that the pool drinks service didn’t extend to this pool, considering the amount of extra money spent to stay in the Yali Collection we felt it should have some pool service. Our neighbour felt the same and contacted reception and to the hotels credit a member of staff visited frequently to take drinks orders (he was getting very well tipped by us and others which was lovely for him as he worked so hard). One small thing that hotel could do is to erect a sign near the entrance to the infinity pool by the dove centre and beach, stating that the pool is for guests of 406 to 419 only. I only say this as frequently people came up off the beach and jumped in the pool without washing sand off them. Main pool - The main pool is line something you’d see in a movie, truly spectacular. The only downside for us as a couple who have older children now was the number of young children in the pool. Some of them didn’t have a volume switch and were so loud. I think the hotel should consider making the main pool adult only (over 16’s). There s a dedicated kids pool and an activity pool, I therefore think an area for adults like us who are after a peaceful break would be of benefit. Food - The biggest breakfast, lunch and dinner was well presented, fresh and tasty. I quite liked that there isn’t rows and rows of food, instead a smaller selection that is of higher quality was nice to see. The Italian for lunch was pleasant, even better on the evening. The White was stunning, glorious food and presentation. The Tavernaki was dissatisfying, we waited a long time for our food, only had one waitress visit to ask if wanted a drink once and when the main course arrived it was barely warm. Not a great experience so we cancelled our visit there for later in our trip. The stand out restaurant for us was Asia White, the most attentive and friendly staff, superb service and delicious food, the crispy duck and salmon were awesome. We are looking forward to going there again for our final night. Staff - From checking in we felt special, a cold towel, a glass of of rose bubbles, the reception team and guest services team are the BEST I have ever encountered. The maintenance teams cleaning the pools and cleaning trams and ground keepers looking after the pathways and beautiful surrounding,

Walking into the open air lobby for the first time was absolutely breathtaking — truly one of those wow moments you don’t forget. I’ve stayed at my fair share of hotels, but this one delivers a first impression that’s nothing short of stunning. A panoramic view straight out to sea, and an atmosphere that is calming and chill, until I saw the baby strollers and could hear the screams of excited children. This is definitely a family hotel. More on that later. From the get-go, the welcome was warm and professional. It’s rare to feel that combination of elegance and ease, but the team here strikes it beautifully. The resort is spotless, gleaming in white — sleek, modern, and meticulously maintained. Every detail feels intentional, from the crisp architecture to the calm, coastal tones. And then there’s the food: divine. Every night offered something new and exciting, with multiple dining venues across the resort to explore. The crêperie makes fresh pancakes to order, the ice cream parlour is a treat in itself, and there’s a divine chocolatier shop — all part of the all-inclusive package. Now, for fellow adults who prefer peace and quiet: this is a family hotel. I usually book adults-only, so I chose a swim-up room designed for couples — and it was a brilliant call. These rooms are strictly two-person only, so no little ones around. The private pool area was serene and perfect for that quiet morning dip or lazy afternoon read. Things to keep in mind: If you’re dreaming of an entirely adults-only escape, you should know that kids are part of the main experience here — from the pools to the restaurants and evening bars. There’s no escaping the energy of children entirely, so set your expectations accordingly. But if you’re okay carving out your own oasis (like we did), you can still find your peace. Final verdict: A seriously impressive resort that knows how to make a statement. Ideal for couples looking to impress, indulge, and relax — just with the understanding that it’s a family-friendly space at heart.

Our second visit to White Palace and our third using Grecotel. Cleanliness, good food and helpful staff are the key ingredients to any hotel and the White Palace delivers. We stayed 10 nights and frankly didn’t want to return home. We had a wonderful holiday and will always consider the Grecotel brand when visiting Greece. A big thank you to all the staff there - terrific, all of them.

Absolutely amazing. We absolutely adore The Grecotel hotels. We had the most amazing room I could not fault the cleanliness of the whole resort. The food was sensational. From the chocolates to the crepes to the sushi and traditional dishes. The customer service was 5 star. We are now booking another Grecotel to experience the 5star service all over again. A few of my work team have already returned after us shouting about it for months.
