Lake Erie Vistas is the premier lakefront property of Geneva on the Lake and unit #309 is the newest of the 47 units. Classy, clean, spacious and modern, this condo has a great view of the beach and lake which is a perfect setting for coffee and a sunrise or wine and a sunset. Just a 5 minute drive to the famous "Strip" or 15 minutes to Bridge Street and Ashtabula County's best restaurants. Take a look at our pictures and see exactly what we have to offer.

2 Night Minimum
****** It is illegal, pursuant to the Ohio Fair Housing Law, Division (H) of Section 4112.02 of the Revised Code and the Federal Fair Housing law, 42 U.S.C.A. 3601, as amended, to refuse to sell, transfer, assign, rent, lease, sublease or finance housing accommodations, refuse to negotiate for the sale or rental of housing accommodations, or otherwise deny or make unavailable housing accommodations because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status as defined in section 4112.01 of the Revised Code, ancestry, military status as defined in that section, disability as defined in that section, or national origin or to so discriminate in advertising the sale or rental of housing, in the financing of housing, or in the provision of real estate brokerage services.
It is also illegal, for profit, to induce or attempt to induce a person to sell or rent a dwelling by representations regarding the entry into the neighborhood of a person or persons belonging to one of the protected classes.
Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated.
Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.
Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units.
Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails.
Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight.
Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts.
Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed.
Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed.
For your safety:
*No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow.
*Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls.
*No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only.
*The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it.
Please respect our investment and be considerate of others:
*Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station.
*Clean up trash when leaving beach.
*Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks.
*Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides.
Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed.
For your safety:
*No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk.
*No unsupervised swimming.
*No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death.
*No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool
*No glass in pool area.
*Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained.
Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Absolutely beautiful!
This condo was absolutely amazing. You have literally everything you needed already there. It was quiet and so peaceful. The pool was heated and very clean. The balcony views were absolutely amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything more. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. I came home with a family of four with all clean clothes and no laundry to do!! The host Debbie was so kind and you can tell she truly takes pride in making people feel welcomed and wants to make you feel at home. BEST vacation we have ever had.

Lovey getaway
Condo was lovely. Beautiful view of the lake. Ideal kitchen for cooking and conversation. Nice options including turbo powered air-fryer.
Indoor pool was really nice, with a great view of the lake.
"Workout room" was out in the open, in the lobby. So we did not end up using it. But, that did not detract from our overall experience. Would definitely return and recommend.
