A newly updated nice quaint one bedroom ground floor apartment in a triplex. Has a full kitchen including dishwasher. A big living room with 2 couches, dining room table and a smart tv. Bedroom has a good amount of space with queen bed, dresser, closet space and a smart tv. Back yard has a fire pit to build a fire. (Some wood provided). Plenty of parking in the back of the complex. Plenty of room to pull in and turn around and park a truck with boat. Keyless entry to the apartment. The apartment complex sits pretty far off the road on a big two acre lot within the city. It has woods and a big yard. What's nearby: Here you can find a charming little town with very good food options. You'll quickly find that this region is a wine lover's paradise, with lots of wineries in the surrounding area. You will have plenty of great options to check out! The apartment is located only a few miles from the Spire, a 5 minute drive to Geneva on the Lake. Great place with plenty of room! I was in town for the night and this was the perfectly priced spot for a place to unwind after a day of fishing, getting a tattoo, and exploring some of the local establishments. Highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, size of the place (plenty of room to spread out if you aren't traveling solo and have more than an overnight bag), safe and secure location, and it's easy to find with quick access to any of the major highways in the area. The host was very easy to work with, quick to respond to the couple of messages sent after arrival. 10/10 would recommend!
