The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers plus a 3rd comfort room on the main floor. It includes an open-air private patio with party table and charcoal grill. There is a nearby village swimming pool/picnic area which is rarely occupied, plus access to a much larger swimming park at the golf clubhouse. The golf driving range is only a 4-minute walk away and the golf course has four full 18-hole courses available. This is the ultimate family party location! The house includes free WiFi, 3 televisions, a stereo sound system, a water filtration system for clean water, plus a hot and cold bottled water machine. Also included are 4 air conditioners to deal with the occasional hot and humid day, plus all linens, towels, and pillows are provided. My house helper Blenda will be nearby and available during your stay to assist you with arranging transportation, grocery shopping, cleaning requests, and even family party preparation and implementation. The Eagle Ridge Golf main club house also offers a huge water complex with a lap pool, small and large water slides, small children water play land, towel service, and pool side dining. The sports complex offers basketball, badminton, a full size league qualified bowling alley, billiard tables, and many other amenities. The club house provides a full breakfast, lunch, dinner menu and meeting areas. It is often difficult to find a place with peace and quiet in the Philippines because most of the hotels are built right on a major road which is jammed with cars and buses 90% of the time. The Eagle Ridge Villas are a major exception to this general rule since they are built right inside the golf course complex. Because of this, there is almost no traffic noise, no crowds, and no car honking. The golf course owns all the land around that area and so the vacation house is far from most sources of noise, pollution, or crowds. For golfers, the house is conveniently located within walking distance of four 18-hole championship level golf courses.
