My sister and I stayed here for 6 nights for our skiing holiday and couldn't recommend it more. Definitely the best thing about the hotel is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - you are made to feel so welcome and nothing is to much for them. We honestly felt like we were in a cozy home away from home! Xacobe the hotel manager is always around to check that everything is ok which definitely leads as an example for the rest of the staff. Special mention to Valentina in reception, so kind and helpful, the two guys doing the transfer up to the ski lifts who were always on time and ensuring we had a way back sorted. Also, all the restaurant staff 10/10! My sister is vegan and we had half board, but they sorted her out a special menu for the whole week on the first day. The normal menu has so many options, you never have to repeat, and lots of local dishes to try! Equally the breakfasts had so much choice, and after skiing the bar puts out complimentary hot chocolate and snacks which was a great energy boost after a long day! Would really recommend this hotel and it is perfect if you want to spend the time skiing as Baqueira ski station is just a 5 minute drive away in the complimentary hotel transfer service, and there is also a place to keep your ski equipment in the hotel. Hoping this won't be our last visit!!

- Beautiful mountain hotel, decorated with wood and stones, and a complimentary hot chocolate by the chimney - Staff extremely friendly and warm, from Valentina at reception to restaurant team and everyone we have met - Restaurant dinner (half board) is a real treat, gastronomic dishes curated with care and delightful flavours - Ski facilities made easy: complete renting of equipment 20 meters from reception desk, with lockers a few steps below, and constant shuttle to the nearby slopes We will love to come back here!

Excelente hotel com excelente serviço. Já tinha ficado em vários hotéis de Baqueira inclusive os de 5 estrelas e este hotel, é o melhor, especialmente para casais. Os quartos são confortáveis, a vista é magnífica e os funcionários extramamente gentis e eficientes

Una fantástica estancia de montaña.En un hotel muy bien situado y con una atención de todo el personal del hotel excepcional.Habitaciones confortables con desayunos y comidas de gran calidad. Felicidades a todo el equipo del hotel y mención especial a Maria,Carlos y Luis de restauración así como a Valentina de recepcion, por su gran profesionalidad y simpatia.

Hotel pequeño , tranquilo y con personal muy amable. Valentina en recepción ofrece buenos consejos y atención, comedor muy bien atendidos por amabilidad de Sergio, Antonio y una Sra. cuyo nombre ignoro, Irving en bar un 10. Por poner alguna pega: mesas en comedor no siempre suficientemente limpias y que no todas las habitaciones premium tienen terraza , como se ve en fotos. Dori gobernanta muy atenta.

Horrible experiencia. Estoy alojado en el hotel desde las 13h de hoy, con el objetivo de hacer “escala” y descansar en mi ruta por el Pirineo. Imposible descansar hasta el momento (23:17h). Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y hay un ruido excesivo e incomprensible. La experiencia está siendo: a) el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado b) hay una obra a escasos 10m del hotel, por lo cual abrir la ventana no es una buena idea c) a las 16h el equipo de limpieza parece que ha hecho la habitación de arriba. Imposible hacer siesta. d) La obra ha finalizado a las 21h Ha habido una tregua hasta ahora. Se escuchan los baños, puertas, voces, pasos y cualquier ruido imaginable del resto de habitaciones.
