퀄리티 인 를레(Quality Inn Raleigh Downtown)

Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The room looks like someone took a hammer to the doors and tv stand. The people next to us were up ALL night and we could hear absolutely everything, barely got any sleep. I’m writing this review at 5am. There’s nothing comfortable about this place. The only positive is the staff were very nice.

The headboard of one of the beds was falling off the wall and there was a large burn mark in the rug in the middle of the room. The maids cleaned the bath but didnt make the bed but one out of three days. The worse part was that I could hear the man in the room behind mine yelling at his paid company for the evening and it made me very nervous. Not the fault of mgmt of course.

The rooms could be updated a bit. But the staff was great and helpful as well as the breakfast was simple and fresh.

I called the front desk to let them know I might arrive late out of courtesy and a gentleman picked up the phone and was extremely offensive. I will never book that hotel again because of the front desk man that was being absolutely inappropriate. His exact words were “this is a hotel you can’t just call and say whatever you want”. That man does not deserve to work at a reception desk!!!!

Vending machine took my 5 and would not give me my change for a 1.50 soda the food was offered to us was bad the pillows on our bed was looking like for a couch

The ceiling had a leak, the smoke detector was removed, the tub was falling apart, the halls smell like ****, the stairway beside the room has soo many cob webs, and there is a homeless encampment across the street. I have video and pics.

Not a bad place. Not downtown, despite the name, but not too far away. Room was fine. Staff was hot or miss, the check-in clerk was clearly in the wrong job. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had at a Quality Inn - cold cereal, toast, a pre-packaged sandwich, and the ever-present waffle-maker. No safe in room. Comfy bed. Bathroom is fine. Good location for getting around the area.

Very close to the Raleigh Convention Center; literally one right turn to leave the hotel and one right turn into the convention parking

This is truly a nice hotel. The management is helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and the housekeepers are very friendly.
