Perfectly located, very clean home in Gardiner We spent a week with our young daughter, and we made the best choice to stay here. The house has plenty of space--a huge kitchen--and is very clean (there are also cleaning supplies provided--especially important if you have a crumb-dropping kid--as well as many other supplies. ). We really miss sitting on the porch watching the horses across the road.

This was the perfect spot when visiting the 3 different Watchtower locations.The house very clean and larger than I expected. Love the farm house feel with the updated interior. I loved all the little amenities that she provided, we didn’t use any but was very thoughtful of her guests. This place was definitely a 10!!! Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful house awesome host My family of five adults needed accommodations for my daughter’s college graduation. Not only was the house stocked, it was spotless and had a pond with fish! Amazing Host and Incredibly Clean! Karin truly goes above and beyond for her guests! Her house is SPOTLESS! It’s fully stocked and nice and cozy. We thought there were three bedrooms according to the listing but there are 2 bedrooms upstairs- one bedroom with a king and one bedroom with two twin beds. So we needed to use the pull out couch downstairs but it worked out just fine! This house is truly a 1900s home so you will hear creaks and squeaky doors- but also is so fun to see the horses right across the street!

Great place to Stay My husband, our daughter and I stayed here last week and we could not have been happier. The property is well maintained, clean and had a lot of nice extras like razors, toothpaste and brushes etc in case you forgot yours! I liked the option to do a load of laundry. The location was great ! Close to gardiner and New Paltz. Hosts were responsive to a few questions we had and were super friendly. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

Awesome Stay The house was perfect for our stay, and we appreciated the homey touches. Seeing the skydivers and parachuters in the evening off the back deck was a bonus. We enjoyed our vacation and the house was close to climbing, hiking, and town but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing in the evenings.
