hotel doesn’t have a sympathetic approach to people who want a peaceful sleep loud music played from the bar from 2200 to 0000hrs. Hotel claims to be wellness hotel. When reception staff approached to resolve no effort to understand that not all guests like this type of entertainment No reviews previously mentioned hence booking. If anyone reads this I would suggest staying elsewhere as not relaxing at all

Very pleasant staff all round, very nice grounds, breakfast was really good on the terrace or inside, great location, very impressive entrance lobby. A tiny bit of road noise on one end of the terrace round the pool. The superior room we had was very plain, but the views over the grounds are good. There were two weddings on the week we were there which was exciting and done unobtrusively. Shower by the pool was slippy.

Nice garden/park with lot of palm trees, banana trees, olives trees, large swimming pool. + Quiet area, for adults only + complete extensive breakfast choice + extensive good quality lunch choice buffet, good price/quality + extensive dinner choice buffet. Good price/quality + large free parking available + Daily cleaning + sunbathing area with sunbeds + beautiful design entrance area + Airconditioning, cool spacy living, with seperate living, bedroom, bathroom - only French and Spanish. Incidentally English - soft pillows and hard mattress, no topper (available) - no light at bathroom mirrow - WiFi quality sometimes bad (not available) during the day

Amazing and beautiful place with a nice staff. The food was great and always diverse. The bedroom and the bed was good too. The only downside, they could improve the too old-fashioned bathroom fixtures and the big pool cleaning.

Pleasant facilities with a lovely area around the pool and a nice bar. Hotel with modern decor but the rooms need renovating. Great food and friendly staff. 25 minutes from the beach on foot and 5 minutes by car.

The room had since the beginning a strong smell of cigarettes, We requested to swap but they said they didn't have any more rooms. It was not very comfortable to sleep with that strong smell all night. The pool has a few chairs long broken, One lady requested help to find one not broken and they didn't have one. The animator Javi was amazing! His karaoke night was super fun and the swimming pool is huge and very nice to be few hours. The best part is the buffet, breakfast and dinner, all of them were amazing and very tasty. The hotel could have a better maintenance (bathrooms, bedrooms, some corridors and balconies).

In years past this hotel was probably lovely. Now, it is extremely tired. The reception and bar areas have been renovated but the bedrooms are old and very sparse and not comfortable or relaxing to stay in. The bathroom was clean but extremely old with rusting radiators etc. The pool is lovely but the surrounding seating and sunbathing areas again, are old and crumbly. The staff were friendly though. We did not feel comfortable in this hotel and would not return.

The reception area is very attractive and every room has a large balcony overlooking the attractive gardens and pool. If you have a ground floor room you can walk straight out to the pool. However, the rooms are quite basic and the bathroom is distinctly old fashioned. there is not much sound proofing between rooms. The buffet dinner was okay with a large selection and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
