Hello we planned our stay in Taj resort and spa for 2 days but the experience here we got was very awesome and unforgettable and very memorable ...All the staff was very helpful and polite in whatever we asked they gave us very good hospitality...The dinner breakfast everything was very delicious and there was annonymous varities of dishes each had elegant taste... And yes we ordered the vegetable biryani in our room was very delicious and the taste was just authentic made by Chef Nikhil was vey enjoyable and rememberable ...we really enjoyed all the food which made under the guidance of Chef Manoj and he came and honoured us at the meal time was very nice and changed the atmosphere... Really recommendable for visiting the property and experience peace and comfort ability...

Things were horrible from the check-in. We understand that they had marriage and checking out, and it can delay the rooms, but they should have had appropriate seating arrangements for the guest that are coming in to check in no setting no proper directions by the staff we got one room around 1:45 PM on request and am thankful for that as we had a one year old child and the other room around 2:45 PM. When the check-in time was 2 PM, there was urine smelling in our room for which we had to call the staff and get the bathroom cleaned as it was not cleaned properly from the previous guests, the Furniture was outdated. They were leaking taps. Breakfast and dinner were good. Overall experience never felt like Taj. This was out fourth visit to a Taj hotel and would not select this place if looking to unwind with family over the weekend. On check out, I went to the front desk to make payment and the front desk guy checked us out and said we are all clear. They had my credit card toekinsed during booking and I thought he deducted payment from that. We had two rooms, I left and the guests from the other room which I check out as well was to leave after 15-20 minutes. Well he came to know the payment wasn’t made and we still had pending payment for The entire stay. I do understand things can happen but how reckless of the staff to not know the Check out procedure and create undue hassle.
