Stayed at Taj Gandhinagar for almost a week with my team on a business trip. We all had a great experience at this hotel. Smooth check-in was ensured smoothly by the Front Desk team. We were allotted rooms with great views. On weekdays, the hotel had a little less occupancy and so enjoying the various amenities in the evenings was really good. On weekends, there was some hustle-bustle as quite a lot of people from Ahmedabad and surrounding places had come for staycation. The breakfast spread was decent, though the b/f service has some scope for improvement. For dinners, we ordered from the room service, and we found the delicacies to be satisfactory in taste and presentation. The resort property is huge and has a lot of potential. It's a good getaway for families, especially with enough open spaces, amenities, kids play area and a decent pool for the kids to enjoy. Although, to be honest, a larger pool would be required if room occupancy increases. Our stay was made comfortable and memorable by the frequent attention of Mr. Amit Kumar, the Duty ***ager, who ensured that all our needs and requests were taken care of. It is the hospitality of prople like Mr. Amit that makes a guest inclined to plan another stay at the property. Mr. Taronish, the GM, was also friendly and added a personal touch in making us feel at home. He could be often seen taking rounds of the property and making sure the guests were well-cared for. Thanks to Mr. Taronish, Mr. Amit and the rest of the team (I'm sorry I can't recall names of others) for all your hospitality. I will definitely be coming back soon!!

Very nice property and staff is also help-full over all very good experience recommend to must visit property, nice food , gaming experience , swimming pool we enjoy all amenities , excellent staff behaviour. Well come and check out are also memorable.

Everything was superr! Particularly the service at Pallette restaurant. Special mention : Sumit for going out of his way to make every wish a reality with his ever ready smile!! More mentions: Suchi and Rose! The hotel is widely spread with beautiful courtyards and good comfortable room!
