Fantastic hotel, the food is very good and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The frequent ski bus to either Galtur or Ishgl stops at the boot room door. Can't fault anything about this hotel. Lots of winter walking for non-skiers. Spa facilities are a bonus.

Poor value for money. Quite ok breakfast, but somewhat long waiting-time for coffee and extras. Spa/sauna closed, short opening time in the bar and some of the staff not very serviceminded. All in all a disappointment. On the positive side; dinner was good, clean rooms.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week in January for skiing. Absolutely immaculate. Staff were happy and polite at all times and were so helpful. Quality of food was amazing. Pool and Spa area was lovely. A great way to end a day skiing. Ski bus stop right outside so couldnt be better. Will be back.!! Not a negative thing to say. Thank u.

Great food and location, a warm welcome and ambiance. Galtur is a fine choice for the resorts of the paznaun valley. Splendid breakfast spread, eggs and pancakes to order, afternoon snacks available, and dinner the highlight of the day. Delicious all week. Spa wonderful. Some of the unmodernised rooms are a bit tired (but spotless) and some of the interior decoration might benefit from a boost into the 2020’s but overall it’s a lovely establishment, oozing history and hospitality.

Food quality extremely poor with poor choices. Lack of refreshing items in salad and breakfast buffets. One of the worst 4 star hotels ever visited but again it is in the HUBER consortium group who have a large monopoly of hotels in Galt ür. On same terrible standard as Almhof Hotel owned by same group. Staff appear unhappy with their lot and very disorganised. Not recommended, but little choice as booked through CRYSTAL holidays who seem to take no notice of what is reported to them.

One week stay here with a large group. Not much to complain about this hotel. Good big rooms, albeit a bit small bathroom in comparison. Good beds, nice balcony. Good restaurant for our half board; lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Dinner choice between 2 options. Nice and friendly staff. Right in front of a busstop that runs regularly to the slopes. Free parking available. One tip: when you need to charge your electric vehicle don't do it at the neighbouring Vaya hotel. Apart from the bloody expensive charger that hotel charges you additionally 29 euros for using it....

We have had an excellent lunch and a la carte dinner there. We were hoping to book the set menu for another evening for later this week but sadly were told that that is only available to guests. Shame as we would love to try it.
