바가 있는 가발라 호텔

Good - location and view from the room. Bad - guest experience and hospitality was very bad. There was no heating arrangement in the room and the outside temperature was 10 degrees. You don’t expect that from a 5 star property. Entire night we were feeling cold. Breakfast buffet was ok. Service of the staff was horrible. We reached at 10. 45 am and were told to speed up as the buffet closed at 11 am. When we asked for coffee the waiter showed his watch and told its 10. 55 and they cant serve us coffee. This is the worst service we have ever seen and in 5 star its unacceptable. We were travel-ling for my wife’s birthday and i had requested to do something special while making the reservation. They did nothing. Also for the dinner we had booked a table with a good view. And this time we reached 5 minutes early also. But they gave our table to someone else. The staff should be given some training in hospitality is my only recommendation. Pols look for cheaper options and dint book this hotel

Stayed at Gabala Garden hotel for two nights. Property looks elegant. Located just 5 mins Bolt ride from main market. Costs around 2-3 manats. Rooms are good. However the ac went off for many rooms at second night. Room service didn't offer any help. Slept with balcony door full open. Later came to know from the group that same had happened with many rooms. Breakfast is well spread but offers little for Indian tourists. Other than these two the overall experience was good and enjoyed at Gabala Garden.

We weren’t sure what to expect with this hotel but we were so pleasantly surprised. It’s set in a leisure complex on the edge of the Noor lake and there are many activities available, it’s a beautiful spot. We spent 2 nights there. Our room was in the gardens and was enormous more like a suite with bedroom, lounge area, shower room and a separate toilet. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything worked well including the wifi and there were lovely toiletries and free water daily. There are 2 restaurants one right on the lake, we tried both and enjoyed the food. Can’t speak highly enough of all the staff they were so helpful, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Very glad we chose it.

Very old furniture.The room was clean. Good breakfast. Очень старая мебель. Комната чистая. Хороший завтрак.
