Unfortunately I found a cockroach insect in my room. Far from sorry for the situation, the receptionist was rude. They gave me another room which was with the toilet not working well and making noise, I mentioned it to the receptionist and said that they will check it in the next morning. Also, the pillow had hair from previous customers so I doubt about their cleaning procedure. Money paid is not worthy. Location in city is great.

The location is decent, although the noise level can be a bit much if an event is on outside (We stayed here on Freedom Day). The room is clean although old, and no amenities other than soap & towels are provided. Receptionist is friendly, however checkout time is much earlier compared to hotels across Madeira, especially with their late check in time.

The room was clean, the hotel is in a really good location. The kitchenette is well equipped, you have all the basics. The building is not very well sound- proofed, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. It's a 2* hotel and reflected in the price but it's a good value for the money.

Exactly excellent service

Fue una estancia genial, y el trato excepcional, flexibilidad horaria para el cheking y buen ambiente. Estaba todo limpio y era muy cómodo, no había ruidos y el aparcamiento fue relativamente fácil de encontrar.
