the location was great with a car, so we could travel the island. the hotel was more than we expected. the service was perfect. the room is big, excelent view, great souna and pool. very recommanded

L’hôtel est bien situé, juste en face un forum où vous pouvez y faire votre shopping ainsi que manger. Le personnels sont très souriant super agréable, le petit déjeuner assez cher 15€ par personne mais très bon, le paysage est juste extraordinaire Je recommande cet hôtel vraiment rien à dire

This was our first visit to the beautiful island of Madeira. We spent 11 nights at this hotel which was enjoyable & relaxing. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. This hotel is spotlessly clean & well managed. Our room was big and spacious, we were on the 11th floor and had great views. Aircon worked well, comfy bed. The kitchenette was very small. It's possible to cook in it but very limited. Additional small hire charge for a toaster. The kitchen utilities need attention. There is a fabulous large, furnished sun terrace to the rear with swimming pool/plunge pool with pool bar all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There is a shopping centre and supermarket across the road and a good supply of small restaurants nearby & bus services to the centre of Funchal directly outside the front door.

This review is about hotel restaurant waiters. Every dinner we were served with the utmost respect, reverence and joy. We would like to say a big thank you to these people who looked after us all week. Because they managed to put a smile on our faces every night. They are people who do their work with joy and love, which they pass on to others.
