The whole package of these apartments was excellent.... huge list of likes. Very central, good security via key codes for entrance and apartment doors. The apartment we were in was freshly decorated only a month ago. We had a standard apartment, which was larger than we expected and was very well equipped with everything you would need. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. The apartments house keeping manager, Zita and her team were excellent. The rooms were serviced every day, beds made up and fresh towels. Exceptional levels of service. The roof terrace was amazing with 360 degree views of Funchal. It was ideal to take your breakfast up there in the morning. Breakfast is very simple and basic but a nice touch. There is a supermarket right outside the front door, which was convenient. Restaurants are all close by and there is a taxi rank 30m away when required. (The supermarket across the road has a noisy fan in the mornings before it opens at 8am, so I would request an apartment on a higher floor if available. Even with this noisy fan we would still not hesitate to stay there again though, as there are so many positives). In summary, for a central city centre apartment it ticked all the boxes. Tremendous value for money.

Este não é nenhum hotel, mas alojamento local, apartamento com cozinha e casa de banho. Está situado centralmente na baixa da cidade, mas as janelas não isolam do barulho que vem da rua - deviam colocar janelas duplas. Nas instalações da casa de banho deviam colocar sifões para não se sentir o pivete de esgotos. O bidé deitava água por todo o lado e duche não tinha champô. A entrega de de pequeno almoço em saco de manha deve ser adaptada ao horário dos clientes. Nós, apesar da promessa que nos foi dada, não recebemos o pequeno almoço e tivemos de sair do apartamento em jejum para chegar atempadamente para a partida do avião.
