怎麼説呢，如果他是平時一百的價格沒問題，但是三四百的價格來説，吐槽點太多了。首先近大馬路，會有私隱感的不適（玻璃隔音噪音還好），其次也是最重點的，他距離市區太遠了，如果不是我們開車來回，就完犢子了。然後也有隨意開門進出的問題，前一位住户有遺留東西，我們説了回來會拿的，但是中途有人開門自己拿走了，安全性和管理不合理。
