Really good hotel in a great location. Super clean , lovely food a whole variety so you won’t get hungry. Staff friendly and helpful. Beware you have to pay for your drinks when you’re full board which nobody tells you about. Other than that absolutely amazing, close to the beach , restaurants and supermarkets. Entertainment mainly bingo but lots of older people here and lights go off in the balcony at 10pm which didn’t bother us. Maybe more information about your stay would be good when you check in like what you’re entitled to etc.

Hotel - spotlessly clean Cleaners cleaned room everyday Always cleaning in communal areas Situated next to metro so easily accessible to explore other areas Situated on top of hill Would not recommend to those with mobility issues We struggled walking down and getting a taxi to return Rooms - the best I’ve stayed in. Huge. Two large beds. Two large built in wardrobes. Tv. Hair dryer. Walk in shower. Everything you need Only negative is the balcony chairs. Although thick, sturdy plastic, need upgrading. Pool - freezing but we were out of season I suppose. Plenty of space and sun lounger. Not sure how it would be in high season. Only main pool open Bar - pool bar closed but we were out of season. So was a bit of a trek up to main bar (especially if wet) Main bar - plenty of seats, drinks were good (all inclusive) most drinks (local brand) available, range of cocktails Entertainment - one animation team. She tried her best. More activities maybe in high season but very limited. Evening entertainment should be looked at. Same show twice in one week. Not the best. Food- what you expect for all inclusive. Choices should be varied throughout day. Most kept warm in oil. Antonio the head waiter took great care of me due to having allergies. Although more variety should be thought of for persons with allergies as I couldn’t eat from most main areas only the fresh cooking area. He gave me a lovely cheese and ham platter most evenings.

On first impression hotel doesn't look much. Once inside reception area nice...seating, restaurant and bar/coffee shop just down from reception. Got to our room and wow it was brilliant. Nice view. 2 massive wardrobes. Separate door from bedroom to bathroom. Beds and furniture all lovely. Didn't use aircon as room and balcony in the shade once we got back to room at teatime. Nice breeze. Food...well the first couple of days I myself was disappointed as there didn't seem a great deal of choice for a 4star hotel compared to what I've had before. My sister was fine and enjoyed the food, maybe cuz she eats a lot of fish. Desserts weren't up to much most days. Was happy once the strawberries and chocolate fountain came out for 3 days of our stay. After day 2 the food got better for me not sure if the chief had changed but the meat choices got better. Bread was always lovely and fresh. Plenty of fresh salad and fruit every meal time. Drinks were good, no complaints there. Staff all seemed friendly enough. I do find that a lot of people were returning guests from different parts of the world. Not many English and more elderly. 🙈 Entertainment was brilliant but it was something to watch. Hill is a bit steep if your not fit. Takes your breath away to reach the hotel if you go for a walk on the seafront and down to shops/ restaurants. Not much for kiddies to do in hotel. Little Park but sun on it all day. Then it's shut off at 6 as they close the pool areas off. Not a hotel for the young at heart.. All in all a lovely week, great weather. Fab room. Would I return 🤔 no sorry well not till I'm in my 80s 🤣🤣

We have stayed here several times before. Large rooms modern and very clean, fridge and safe are no extra charge. Everything regarding the room was good, the cleaning was excellent. The grounds/ gardens are well maintained and sunbeds are well spaced out, we never had a problem getting a sun bed even after 11.00am. What let's the hotel down is the food. At every meal time, much of the food was not hot enough, sometimes it was barely warm. The hotel may state the food temperature is checked, but we never saw that happen and some of the food was cold or barely warm during every meal time. We found the lunch better than the evening meal and it is good that lunch and evening meal can be interchangeable. There is now free water available in the restaurant to those guests on half board, this is very welcome. However, since our last visit, fresh cheese was not served at lunch or dinner except on one day. Cheese in oil was available, but no fresh cheese, that was disappointing. Good sized portions of fish and meat are served and the paella at lunch time was very good. Saturday evenings served up the worst offerings for both quality and choice of food, it was dire on both occasions. Staff are helpful on reception. Great location for the train station, ask about the multi trip ticket and where to buy it, it's exceptional value. Good value hotel, old, but rooms have been refurbished, pity some aspects regarding food let's it down.

Lovely clean friendly hotel which doesn’t deserve some of the reviews I’ve read. Food is good, varied and plentiful.staff are friendly and efficient. Entertainment is a bit weak but we don’t come for that. Bar prices are very fair compared to other hotels. A few constructive comments based on this year’s stay would be towels are rather small - put a notice up asking guests not to double dip the chocolate fountain - that’s how stupid some people are sadly. Hygiene point - staff clearing dirty plates then clearing unused cutlery back into the containers for re using don’t wash hands first, would be hard to keep doing so, so maybe do that bit at the end when you’ve e cleared all the dirty pots away, just a thought. Room balconies need reclining chairs rather than upright std patio chairs. Closing lower garden at 6pm is a bit of a pain as sun is still shining at 7.30 in April. Rooms on the W S/W side do hear the train a bit but are great for the afternoon and late sun so we always request that side. Rooms are very good size and house keeping are on it ! Showers big and fairly powerful. Very good hair dryers provided in bathroom Good dressing mirror in hallway. English TV not always available in rooms signal poor but who wants TV on holiday. Pool bar and both pools very pleasant and well maintained.
