아시아 스파(Assia Spa)

Dirty room, worn-out furniture, torn pillow, squeaky bed, non-working stove, and I could list the countless inconveniences that greeted us after receiving the room key. When booking, only photos of one apartment were shown, and it was not possible to choose from the room categories. There is plenty of that because the place is very large, there are several properties with different rooms, we experienced this on the spot. So it is completely incomprehensible to me who and on what basis gets into the room that you get at check-in. Our host was not cooperative and helpful at all, unfortunately we only got another room 1 day later at the price of a very serious argument and fight, but we only accepted it out of necessity, because we had no possibility to rebook elsewhere, and here, unfortunately, we already paid the accommodation fee 2 months earlier !!!! Because this is what the system asked for, unfortunately we now understand why... In addition, we had to leave this room 1 day earlier before the end of our vacation because other guests arrived there. It was also extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION TO ANYONE BECAUSE THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE (*********** & Interhome.com) ARE DECEPTIVE AND DO NOT REFLECT THE REALITY AT ALL!!! The property is very well maintained and clean. It was quiet and safe. But the best part of the facility is the staff! They were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! They catered just to us and made sure we were comfortable! Elena was the best !! We would HIGHLY recommend the Assia Spa and Hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the Tuscany area.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Assia - we stayed in the big villa as we were a large group. Elena was very welcoming and helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious and the horse riding was an added bonus. All of the team work hard to make sure the experience is pleasant. The only surprise was the dogs belonging to the complex roam freely around the grounds so if you are not a dog lover this may not be to your liking.

Assia was amazing! Best decision ever to stay here! Elena and the rest of the staff were so accommodating to our every need! Elena really cared for us as if we were family and anything we needed she was there to help us. The chef, Mohammed was amazing with cooking. A delicious three course meal every night. The Final night was the best pizza I’ve ever had. Mohammed was also really friendly and took time to talk to us and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were big, nice and clean. The view was amazing. When we looked from our balcony we could see the vineyard as well as the horses that they train on site. It was a little piece of heaven in the middle of already beautiful Tuscany! I highly recommend to stay here on vacation or even for a short business trip. We can’t wait for the next time to come to visit. A++++++

Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno meraviglioso presso Assia spa e già ci manca . Oltre alla bellissima location immersa nella natura e agli alloggi molto confortevoli e puliti ,ciò che colpisce è la gentilezza di tutto lo staff e della proprietaria Elena .animali e bambini si sentono davvero accolti. Ottimo cibo e svariate attività ti accompagnano per tutta la giornata. Ci torneremo al più presto. Esperienza magnifica.

Siamo stati a pranzo a Pasqua ,non so come fanno a scrivere porzioni abbondanti visto che nel piatto non c’era quasi niente digiuno totale il menù bambino la carne immangiabile il maialino era bello solo L ingresso sul carrello x fare la foto ma nel piatto sono stati serviti due pezzettini, il dolce praticamente il piatto era solo sporco di un po’ di crema se quello si vuole chiamare dolce allora io di dolci non ne capisco nulla non consiglio assolutamente anche perché non abbiamo pagato poco ☺️☺️

Agriturismo alla buona. Accoglienza piacevole e familiare. Cucina toscana casalinga senza pretese.Abbiamo trascorso le festività di Pasqua all'insegna della tranquillità e della natura. I miei bambini si sono divertiti ad andare a cavallo tra le vigne dell'agriturismo. Posizione ottimale per andare a visitare Lucca,Montecatini Terme, Collodi e Firenze. Ci ritorneremo nei periodi più caldi per sfruttare la fantastica piscina.

Pranzo di Pasqua eccezionale, tutto buonissimo, porzioni abbondantissime. Lo Shef e tutto lo staff super disponibili! Adatta a tutta la famiglia, i bambini si sono divertiti con i cavalli, Cristiano super disponibile assieme ad Elena e tutta la famiglia.

Realtà immersa nel verde della Toscana. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni con i nitrai bambini e il nostro cane. Struttura accogliente e molti spazi per condividere giochi e natura. Cavallo, campo da tennis, pallavolo, calcetto . La cucina Ottima ! Il giorno di Pasqua anche se la struttura era in affollamento è stato tutto molto piacevole. Il dolce sublime! La padrona di casa Elena sempre molto educata ed attenta a gestire ogni nostro desiderio. Che dire sicuramente torneremo.
