Dirty room, worn-out furniture, torn pillow, squeaky bed, non-working stove, and I could list the countless inconveniences that greeted us after receiving the room key. When booking, only photos of one apartment were shown, and it was not possible to choose from the room categories. There is plenty of that because the place is very large, there are several properties with different rooms, we experienced this on the spot. So it is completely incomprehensible to me who and on what basis gets into the room that you get at check-in. Our host was not cooperative and helpful at all, unfortunately we only got another room 1 day later at the price of a very serious argument and fight, but we only accepted it out of necessity, because we had no possibility to rebook elsewhere, and here, unfortunately, we already paid the accommodation fee 2 months earlier !!!! Because this is what the system asked for, unfortunately we now understand why... In addition, we had to leave this room 1 day earlier before the end of our vacation because other guests arrived there. It was also extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable!
