Dirty room, worn-out furniture, torn pillow, squeaky bed, non-working stove, and I could list the countless inconveniences that greeted us after receiving the room key. When booking, only photos of one apartment were shown, and it was not possible to choose from the room categories. There is plenty of that because the place is very large, there are several properties with different rooms, we experienced this on the spot. So it is completely incomprehensible to me who and on what basis gets into the room that you get at check-in. Our host was not cooperative and helpful at all, unfortunately we only got another room 1 day later at the price of a very serious argument and fight, but we only accepted it out of necessity, because we had no possibility to rebook elsewhere, and here, unfortunately, we already paid the accommodation fee 2 months earlier !!!! Because this is what the system asked for, unfortunately we now understand why... In addition, we had to leave this room 1 day earlier before the end of our vacation because other guests arrived there. It was also extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION TO ANYONE BECAUSE THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE (*********** & Interhome.com) ARE DECEPTIVE AND DO NOT REFLECT THE REALITY AT ALL!!! Mi dispiace dare una recensione negativa, perché tutto il personale è gentile, cosa che apprezzo molto, altrimenti me ne sarei andato dopo 30 secondi. Abbiamo chiamato tre volte nei giorni precedenti, in modo da evitare inconvenienti, prova a sbagliare... ciò nonostante avevano perso la prenotazione, e i lettini non c'erano per noi! Chi dice che si mangia bene, non so cosa mangia a casa sua.. tutti i prodotti nei piatti erano surgelati, dal primo al secondo, il pane se non lo copri con questo caldo si secca, in un ristorante dovrebbero saperlo. Il vino appoggiato sul tavolo, e poi te lo apri da solo, l'oliera la dosano loro, non può essere lasciata al tavolo, e in finale conto più che salato. Non si fa così.. mai più.

Giornata di relax. Luogo perfetto in quanto immerso nel verde e in grado di far dimenticare anche se solo per qualche ora il torrido caldo della città. Piscina grande accogliente e pulita. Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante arredato in maniera curata. Piatti abbondanti e di ottima qualità ( abbiamo ordinato antipasti toscani, primo di pesce e un al pomodoro, dolci e caffè e digestivo ). Per ingresso piscina e ristorante prezzi molto onesti. Complessivamente locale ottimo, torneremo presto e consiglieremo agli amici e conoscenti. Segnalo anche la titolare e il suo staff molto gentili e sapientemente accoglienti. Molto molto bravi, continuate così. Stefano e Claudia.
