Managed by the property manager With 3/4 acre and two majestic oak trees, you'll find tranquility just a 5-minute walk from Main Street, and a 3-acre property next door adds to the secluded charm. - Sleeps 6 - Master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds (can be pushed together to make king) - 3 full bathrooms (ensuite with each bedroom); master bathroom with clawfoot bathtub + stand up shower, 2nd bathroom with large stand in shower and his/her sinks, 3rd bathroom with with stand in shower and his/her sinks - Fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances + a regular/Keurig combo coffee maker. Note: - There are a few steps going down from the backyard deck and then steps going down to the pool area. - The swimming pool is serviced every Wednesday morning. Don't be alarmed if you see the pool company near the pool during your stay. - Pool is NOT available during the winter months of November - February, ONLY available March - October*. Pool is NOT heated. - Floaties in photos are not provided, they were used for staging purposes. Guests will have access to the entire house, pool, hot tub and outdoor area. - This property is NOT pet-friendly - This property is suitable for children/infants - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly.
