Unfortunately, the manager here does not know how to control himself. He was extremely inappropriate asking me personal questions (whether I was alone, if I had a boyfriend, etc.) blowing me kissing, and taking my hand. For some unsaid reason he decided to put me in a different room then he’d originally set up for me which made me uncomfortable to the point that I pushed some furniture against the door and never got undressed during my stay for fear of cameras. He kept insisting to make me a special drink even after I told him I don’t drink alcohol and wanted to go to bed. He even acted disappointed in attempt to make me feel bad about it. If I had another option I would have left to go somewhere I could feel safe but it was already dark and the place is in the middle of an unlit residential neighborhood with no taxis or businesses in sight. Instead, I kept my composure and didn’t speak up because I didn’t want to escalate the situation. If you are thinking about staying here to be close to the airport don’t bother. First, I had trouble finding a taxi that would take me there from CIA airport and it ended up costing more because prices outside of Rome City Center are not fixed. The taxi that was pre-arranged for my return to the airport actually came from Rome City Center and started the meter from there (before picking me up) so it cost nearly double then it would from center anyways. As far as the room, it was big, old, and freezing since the windows were left wide open on an October night and the heater did not work. The bed was comfy enough but I could have slept better if it wasn’t for feeling unsafe, the loud guests, paper thin walls and awful echo throughout the building. If the manager had some understanding that women do not stay here for his own entertainment and a little respect for himself and his guests, the problems with the room could be overlooked. Unfortunately, this was not the case and I have already filed a complaint with *********** who told me that the hotel is already under investigation for multiple complaints. Why they haven't taken the listing down yet is beyond me.

Camera molto ampia ma spartana. Bagno appena rinnovato. Al momento della prenotazione non ho fatto caso che era un due stelle così mi sono meravigliata quando non ho trovato le solite bustine di shampo e bagnoschiuma nella doccia. C'era solo il sapone nel dispenser vicino al lavandino. Tutto pulito. Colazione con con brioches, fette biscottate marmellata e basta, macchinette per latte, caffè e thè. Posizione ottima. Parcheggio interno.

Camera arrangiata, l'infisso non chiudeva bene e la finestra del bagno non si apriva, materassi improponibili, il tutto decisamente sporco ad un prezzo decisamente ALTO. DOCCIA SPORCHISSIMA, muffa e incrostazioni anche sui pavimenti. Colazione da camerata.

Ha prenotato un mio amico due camere doppie, eravamo in tre . Ha comunicato che saremo arrivati alle 22.00 ma poi siamo arrivati anticipatamente per le 20.00 una delle due camere era occupata. abbiamo dovuto fare turno per le doccie. Siamo usciti e al rientro avrebbe dovuto la receptionist farci trovare la chiave della seconda camera che non ci ha fatto trovare . Premetto che prima di uscire ci aveva proposto se volessimo usufruire di una camera singola anziche la doppia perché le avevano prenotato una matrimoniale noi ci siamo rifiutati avendo comunque pagato per due doppie. Abbiamo dormito in una sola stanza ( i miei amici erano uomini e io l’unica donna ) Quindi immaginate il disagio arrecato . C’erano nella stanza un letto matrimoniale e due singoli ma noi volevano due camere proprio perxhe io avrei dormito sola . L’hotel fa pietà, vecchissimo , i bagni molto molto vecchi e le doccie avevano le guarnizioni rovinate . La camera aveva un letto che cigolava e comunque molto molto bruttina . La mattina successiva abbiamo fatto notare laccaduto e la receptionist ha finto di non sapere nulla perché aveva lasciato la chiave a suo dire sul bancone ma erano state prese da altri ( anche questa una grandissima cavolata) . Non consiglio questo albergo a nessuno per me questi alberghi non potrebbero e dovrebbero aver modo di lavorare .
