We loved our stay here! The staff were all lovely - very friendly and ready with a smile. The room was gorgeous! The bed was huge and very comfortable and the bathroom was to die for. The massive, deep, claw foot bath made for a very enjoyable hour chilling out and reading. Breakfast was delicious - I can highly recommend the French toast. This hotel is in a great position - just a 10-15 minute walk from the wine tram station and in easy reach of lots of restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended.

The Hotel had stunning Mountain views across the Valley . It is situated in the heart if Franschhoek just outside the Wine Tram Kiosk We were looked after extremely well , they carried out cases to our room and we were delighted with how comfortable and facilities in the room. The breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend it. The General Manager supported us brilliantly when our concerns which arose over the Heathrow Airport closure and liaised with Trail finders to ensure we were not left stranded We would like to thank her team for their excellent service and warm welcome.

I really want to write a positive review about this place as the staff are so lovely - janine is a star But there are some issues The layout is motel style and the building isn’t overly imbued with charm The rooms are good with a lovely bed, nice furnishings and a very decent bathroom. The door into the room is beyond flimsy and so is the one on to the balcony in a slightly off putting way We had an issue with hot water when we stayed and the TV is a bit on the poor side with spaghetti wiring behind and lights that stay on all night Reception closes quite early in the evening. The breakfast is not great and we didn’t bother after our first experience even though we had paid for it The car park is good as is the location

Excellent small hotel. Nice rooms, quiet but with a great location, delicious breakfast. We received excellent service from all the team. A special shout out for Janine who provided top class service throughout our stay. We'd highly recommend the hotel.

It is always a joy to return to this hotel, management and staff are super friendly and helpful and the location is great - in the heart of Franschoek on the doorstep of so many quality restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and complete with aircon, fan and even a fireplace for those cold winter nights. We will be back!

From the moment we arrived, Andrea and the team made us feel really welcome. The room was really stylish and comfortable with a glorious view. All amenities are to hand and the breakfasts generous and tasty. On our first night Andrea went out of her way to find us a restaurant reservation, phoning 3 establishments to secure something. We loved our stay and all the help we received, thank you!

Stayed 2 nights at the Franshhoek Boutique hotel, we stayed in room ‘Mineral’ which was lovely and gracious, huge comfortable bed, with a gorgeous bathroom, all in all a great little find. Perfectly situated near all the restaurants and bars and not too far from the Wine Tram station although the hotel supplies a transfer there which is an absolute must if you are staying in Franschhoek. I’d definitely recommend
