하얏트 하우스 내슈빌/프랭클린/쿨 스프링스(Hyatt House Nashville/Franklin Cool Springs)

This is normally my favorite hotel that i like to stay at when I visit Nashville. They had live music on this particular day. Unfortunately we had to stay on the lower level. It felt like I was in a dungeon and I was a bit claustrophobic. The bathroom fan stayed on all night. There was no way to turn it off. We had to get extra sheets and towels for the room. The lady at the front desk was super sweet.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and every time has been a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The area around the hotel is great for walking dogs if you have one and tons of options for food. While I was there they were having a whiskey tasting with appetizers and it was so pleasant. The bartenders were friendly as well and breakfast was honestly one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

The property was very clean. My toilet wouldn't flush but maintenence was able to fix it. Bob down at the bar was incredible. They had a live band in there but the kitchen was closed all week. The following night the bar wasnt open and the manager couldn't pour. Overall I may visit again. The issues are easily fixable and most likely one offs.

The hotel is very modern and nice. When you arrive, you’ll see the breakfast area and there is also a nice patio with a TV. Check in was very easy and quick. There is an indoor heated pool. There is no hot tub. There is also a fitness room next door to the pool. The breakfast area is nice and modern but the food itself is not great. It’s presented nice. Sausage, eggs and pancakes are the basics. The fruit was good. The rooms are modern and nicely arranged. The bathroom door is a barn door and the bathroom is very pretty. There are electronic blinds- blackout and sheer. One large TV, couch, large bar which doubles as a desk with plug outlets. The only draw backs for me was no hot tub and the food didn’t taste that great. Otherwise, I was very happy with the price, cleanliness and amenities. The location of the hotel is my favorite area to stay. Lots of restaurants and the mall is close by. Downtown Franklin is also close by.

Everything including the location was great. My only complaint was that the remote blinds in the bed area would not close and there was no maintenance to fix them before we went to bed. Service was great and front desk staff was friendly and attentive.

The front desk staff was absolutely the nicest. Especially the young lady that checked us in. Also the guy that worked nights. He had an accent like maybe he was from Africa? The only disappoin**ent was there were no New Years festivities. We thought the hotel would have something going on. Also fl fftdrdtrdt

Free breakfast was fair, and the hours were excellent. Housekeeping came every day although we only expected every other day. On the first day, they threw out my toiletries and my comb because "there was no suitcase in the room." (We booked for four nights, so that is a lame excuse, and it cost me more than I would have tipped.)

The hotel was great. Clean, comfortable and safe. However, our room wasn’t ready until an hour after check-in time and the front desk host was a tad on the snarky side when we tried to check-in at 3 as if it was our fault the room wasn’t cleaned.

Cool springs is a super convenient location to stay while in Franklin. We’ve stayed at a number of different hotels in the area but will definitely be making this our place to stay going forward! The breakfast was beyond your average hotel breakfast and the rooms were super comfortable!
