The front and backyards border the park with openings in the fence for locals to access the park. Two parking spots are available as well. There is a keyless entry system with code. You also have access to a stack unit washer and dryer, Keurig, iron with tabletop ironing board, hair dryer, kitchen staples(cooking oil, salt, pepper, basic spices, sugar packets). Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, cookie sheets, cutting board, blender, microwave, toaster, hand mixer and utensils.
