The large island makes meal prep convenient and has bar stools for easy entertaining. The dining area provides seating for six. Our home is tastefully decorated with seaside colors and themes. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Blinds in all windows and room darkening curtains in bedrooms. This oversized, 4000 sq. foot multifamily building is split into three totally separate townhomes. Each of which lives as a separate house-- very quiet, private and the best part of all is that you have THREE MILES OF PRIVATE BEACHFRONT -- many days, it’s all completely to yourself-- 50 steps from your front porch. As we all know, this just does not exist in many places anymore. And I don't just mean blah, blah, beachfront, I mean a beautiful beachfront that's an adult’s, as well as a kid’s paradise. Kids and dogs run free, all of which can be watched over from the large, private front porch, holding a drink in hand and nap ‘round the corner. Just look at my pictures. I have grandchildren and there is no, I repeat no place, they would rather be than at the beach house at St. Teresa. We go as often as we can- which is why anytime it's not rented, we’re there. Another year or two and I will stop renting it again. There’s a reason why there are only 3 or 4 rentals on all of St. Teresa Beach- it’s priceless. Go see for yourself. You'll go back, I promise.
