The Staff was excellent! They went out of their way to make sure that our group had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Nothing bad to say. Just a little out dated.

My sons and I stay here when we go deer hunting. Always a perfect visit … even when we don’t get a deer.

This is an older property, but it has been kept up very well. Because it is older, the rooms are much larger than newer hotel rooms. Best of all: we received the best customer service over our 4-day stay than we've experienced in YEARS! The staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would always choose this hotel over the Holiday Inn Express that is the only other option within 10 miles of this area.

Kim at the front desk was a joy to interact with. She welcomed us on our return visit, followed up with us to make certain we approved of our room and provided excellent suggestions for dining options. I have stayed at much more expensive hotels in more exclusive locations and have never received the level of competency and politeness that she exhibited. When we return it will be largely due to our anticipation in seeing her again.

The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great free breakfast too, and up the street from a great brewery.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Property and rooms were spotless and the dining room was pleasant and food was good.

The staff was exceptionally good. Very attentive. The hotel is very dated. It could use some updating. The room was very clean. It had the same problem many hotels have lately as far as no daily maid service unless requested. Like other hotels, you are paying more for the room and receiving less. At the time this hotel was approximately $45 cheaper than its comparable competition, Holiday Inn Express.

The rooms are nice and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent. The staff are welcoming and efficient. The walls are paper thin.

I arrived after making a ********** reservation and was told there was no reservation for me. I showed the hotel staff my reservation. but they could not locate my reservation. I then needed to make another reservation and directly through the hotel and paid for it. After I looked at my credit card activity, it showed I was charged by ********** as well. That's right, I paid twice for my one night stay. After multiple emails with **********, they refused to refund my money they charged me for a reservation the hotel said they never received. Dealing with ********** was so frustrating, I will never use them again. The worst customer service!!!!!
