만점을 주어야 합니다. 위치가 훌륭하고 중앙역이 바로 앞에 있고 지하철과 버스도 매우 편리하며 근처에 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 방 크기도 적당하고 하드웨어 시설도 좋고 무엇보다 가격이 상당히 저렴하고 가격 대비 성능이 너무 높다는 점인데 중국 이 위치에서는 아마 이 가격에 가까울 것 같습니다. 적극 추천합니다. 프론트 데스크 서비스 태도도 매우 좋습니다.

위치는 매우 좋으며 주변 지역은 모두 방문 할 수 있습니다. 괴테의 이전 거주지는 도보로 2 분, 대성당까지 몇 분, lv 구매 및 구매까지 몇 분, 마인 강까지 몇 분입니다. . . 방은 작지만 장식은 매우 새롭고 아침 식사는 좋습니다.

훌륭한 서비스와 아름다운 객실로 기분 좋은 숙박을 선사해줬어요. 직원들의 친절함과 청결한 시설이 인상적이었고, 위치도 교통이 편리하고 주변에 많은 상점과 음식점이 있어 편안한 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다음에 가면 또 이 호텔을 선택할 것입니다. 추천합니다!

기차역에서 도보 10분, 위치가 좋고, 가격이 비싸지 않고, 아래층 근처에 레스토랑이 있고, 방에 욕실이 있고, 욕실이 없고, 서비스 태도가 매우 좋고, 웨이터가 젊고, 엘리베이터가 없기 때문에 수하물을 가져갈 수 있도록 도와주세요.

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

아주 좋은 호텔. 매우 따뜻한 환영, 깨끗하고 조용하며 넓은 객실. 객실과 발코니에서 도시의 전망이 매우 좋습니다. 바에서는 작고 저렴한 스낵을 판매합니다. 나는 훌륭한 타르트 플랑베를 먹었다. 사우나를 즐길 수 있어서 정말 좋았어요! 아침식사도 다양하고 정말 맛있어요!

위치는 프랑크푸르트 중앙역 바로 옆에 위치해있어 좋고 노숙자나 마약중독자가 위치해있는 곳이 아니라 나쁘지 않습니다. 세포체크인을 해서 방키를 닫아야해서 좀 불편하지만 그리 어렵지는 않습니다. 방은 크고 넖어 지내기에는 불편함은 없지만 냉장고가 없고 2박중 청소나 수건 등 교체가 앖어 불편했습니다. 조식은 그런대로 먹을만했지만 종류가 많지는 않습니다

A hotel whose name refers to the Orient promises a certain degree of exoticism. And that's what guests get - but in the most unpleasant way imaginable. It starts with the fact that the address in Baseler Str. is not correct at all; one has to go around the block and, after a walk through an aesthetically expandable area with lively ”street people” of the dubious kind, arrives in Karlsruher Strasse, where the hotel is actually located. We arrived around 8 p.m. and were greeted with the information that we had not left any credit card details when booking, which is - since 6 p.m. had passed – why we had no claim to the hotel room. As a gesture of ”goodwill”, we would nevertheless be provided with a place to stay. I immediately looked through the travel documents and found, clearly marked, the confirmation of what I knew anyway: ”Credit card deposited as a guarantee”. That irritated the hotel employee little, who seemed a little bit batty anyway. Our room was in a rather gloomy dungeon, the door of which could hardly be opened and which was extremely crooked and blessed with a single window, that was located in the farthest corner. It did not lead out to the outside world, as one might naively assume, but into an intermediate space that was the passage to the fire escape – and which, as we noticed at night, was used by other guests for their cigarette breaks. Even if the window - which was thus not the case - had offered fresh air (but it didn’t), it would have been impossible to think of opening it without worrying about one's belongings, to which any nocturnal smoker would have had effortless access. In the bathroom, on the sideboard with the sink, were (at least) three small animals, perhaps cockroaches or woodlice, happily going about their daily routine. They allowed themselves to be photographed without resistance. At least, the promised and co-paid flat screen TV was present; what was unfortunately missing was a signal. Same for the WiFi. So we called the reception desk, which was supposed to be manned around the clock – and where no one picked up. The other day at the reception a staff member explained that the TV would ”of course” be repaired during the day - we were even lucky, she said, because the janitor was just on site. When we returned in the evening, another gentleman at the reception explained straightforwardly that the TV had not been repaired and would not be repaired. For compensation he offered us a ”free drink”, i.e. a bottle with 0.5 liters of water, which he would have otherwise sold for 2€. We returned - without water bottle, but with new impressions - back to the room to find an unmade bed and the used coffee cups from the morning, which no one, not even the cockroaches had taken care of. It might also be worth mentioning that the elevator only goes to intermediate floors.
