This stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome, newly built in 2024 and designed by a professional interior decorator, is located just 12 minutes from Disney and accommodates up to 8 guests (4 adults and 4 kids or young adults). The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which includes a set of bunk beds (two full mattresses, perfect for up to 4 kids or young adults). The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including pots, pans, dishware, utensils, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove, and coffee maker. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, and the home includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The spacious lounge area downstairs opens to a patio with a peaceful view of the conservation area (no rear neighbors!). Plus, the air-conditioned garage has been transformed into a fun games room for you to enjoy when you're not at the parks, pool, or golf course. During your stay, you’ll have access to 7 beautiful community pools. You can also dine at one of Reunion’s restaurants or spend time on the golf course (additional fees apply).
