In the district of Eikerapen 12 km from the centre of Åseral, 45 km from the centre of Evje, 70 km from the centre of Lyngdal, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 2 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 650 m2 with meadow, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 12 km, bus stop 4 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 85 km, grass beach 2 km, lake Øre 2 km. Fishing possibilities 2 km. Please note: car recommended. "Eikebu", 4-room house 85 m2. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), 1 wall-trunk bed (80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Large terrace 20 m2, large terrace 43 m2 partly roofed. We had a wonderful vacation in Eikebu Chalet. It's a comfortable holiday home with views on three sides of the house. We especially enjoyed the little spring next to the house with its separate deck. We were lucky that the other holiday homes were not occ
