Un po’ fuori dal centro di Forte, ottima accoglienza, staff gentile, parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito, abbiamo ricevuto upgrade gratuito perché nella camera assegnataci non funzionava l’aria condizionata. Camera ampia bagno un po’ piccolo, silenziosa e letto comodo. Accettano cani (e noi ne abbiamo uno) con un piccolo supplemento. Piscina abbastanza ampia, non abbiamo provato la colazione perché siamo andati via presto, comunque check out rapido.

I’ve booked 2 rooms for my wife and our two kids… Staff tries their best to support customers with the available possibilities. Rooms are renovated at some point but doesn’t make it up to a 4 star standard. I’ve been at many places in Italy, Europe and world wide. But this hotel doesn’t deserve to have 4 stars. Best off you’re with 2 stars here, and let them work towards a 3rd. Poorly equipped rooms with minimalistic basics are a disgrace. Rooms are partly clean, with remaining sand/dirt and probably other previous room guests belongings. Air conditioning doesn’t work, remember to keep all doors / windows closed, then it will run and makes strange noises to get you off bed, but won’t cool you off. Minibar fridge is filled, but won’t cool the containing drinks and just makes noise. Rooms are without glasses for your drinks. No complimentary bottled water is provided by the hotel. Pool urgently requires cleaning to remove the stains along the water level area and the water itself. There’s no towel service at the pool. Shower at the pool didn’t work either (no water). If you drive any SUV or station wagon, you won’t be able to park inside their parking, which is available for additional € 30.-/day. Maybe you’re lucky and get a spot in front of the hotel (+€15,-/day). If not, find a spot along the street side. Bikes are available for rental +€14.- / persons & day. Good thing is, hotel is in walking distance to the beach. And for the final, the breakfast; A wide variety of breads, Cereals, fruits and more. But not at 4-Star level quality. Enjoy your stay….

We (a family of three from Swedeb) had a wonderful four days visit to the hotel in July. The hotel is limited in size, with just 40 rooms, so all common areas feel spacious and not at all crowded. The hotel has a perfect location in a peaceful part of the village, the beach is just a minutes’ bike ride or walk from the hotel. To get to the city center, it’s a lovely 15 minutes bike ride (You can rent bikes from the hotel and this is highly recommended as bike is THE way to move around in Forte Dei Marmi). We very much enjoyed the rich breakfast with many different fresh fruits and even ’real’ croissants:-) The room was spacious, clean and with plenty of place to store our stuff. Each room also has a nice little outside sitting area. We spent most of the time at the beach but our daughter also enjoyed a few swims in the nice, and quite relaxing ’in the shadow’ pool. Last but not least, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We hope to come back to this hotel next summer!

It is a nice hotel close to the beach, with very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

This hotel has the potential to be great but unfortunately it currently isn’t! The front desk staff are delightful & the breakfast was good & the hotel is extremely clean. The front reception area needs an upgrade. The room we were given …room 120 was so ridiculously small we had nowhere to put our luggage. We had to move the only chair in the room onto the tiny balcony. This room should have a single bed & booked as such. The pool went green whilst we were there …this is totally unacceptable but more so during Covid times. The hotel does not have enough bikes for the number of guests …again this is unacceptable as the hotel is not walking distance to the main area of Forte Dei Marmi. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was a really amazing stay as I had a recent injury to my leg and the staff were so friendly and helpful in every way .

Hotellet var fint rent allmänt. Relativt nyrenoverat. Det som varannorlunda jämfört med tidigare italienska hotell var en fantastiskt fin frukost.

Pessimo hotel che non è affatto un 4 stelle , camere deteriorate tenute malissimo e sporche . Tende tutte staccate , mura del bagno piene di muffa , bagni piccolissimi paragonabili ad un ostello ..475 euro a notte è un furto !! Anche nella zona dove si mangia posate spesso sporche ..sconsigliatissimo
