WOW! So COOL! This NEW SUITE Located in the OLD FLORIDA COTTAGE is perfectly updated in a great location! It has in room kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, & coffee maker. Nice sitting Front Porch and a front bay window with sitting desk. Directly accross the street is Publix, Waffle House, Beach Liquors & the start of the Brooks Bridge. The SUITE is located in the heart of downtown Fort Walton Beach & You can walk to Parlor Donuts, Burrito Del Sol, Alis, Boardroom, & so much more!About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 25.

Great stay! This was the second time I've stayed at the property! They have updated the fridge to also have a freezer! I love that they provide beach towels and chairs to use! Overall, this is my favorite place to stay in Fort Walton!

WF Beach It was very clean. Some noise from next door TV all night, had to call but they responded and was dealt with. Would return to this location.

Small Issues Very clean place and very well kept. The only issue we had was with some insects inside the unit. There were wasp like bugs inside the bathroom area and we could not find where they were coming from. Large ant located on the floor in the bedroom.

I thought it was closer to the ocean or beach side The refrigerator was a wine cooler refrigerator could not fit a bag of ice in it and it didn’t keep stuff cold

Great stay We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, close to restaurants, bars and grocery store. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay. Location is incredible. Awesome stay here. I can't stress enough how convenient the location was to food and the beach. Great communication and clear instructions for both check in and check out. Thanks!

I have only 2 complaints. I had NO CLUE how to turn on the overhead light until I found the small remote on a side table that said “fan/light” on the back of it. So I just used the lamp and bathroom lights to see by. The other being, I have food allergies and have to have a freezer and fridge to bring my own food on vacations, there is ONLY a wine cooler fridge. So it doesn’t get below 34°F I made do, but it would’ve been nice to know this.

Perfect in every way Beautiful suit, very nicely decorated; very clean and well taken care of; minutes from Okaloosa pier, conveniently located near Publix, and local restaurants. Very private and cozy. We decided to make it our dedicated stop at least once per year. Just perfect!
