Do not recommend. Everything was great up until breakfast. The woman working the breakfast area was incredibly rude to me and my son. I tried to ask for information about breakfast and it was very apparent she did not want to speak to me. She pointed and made face gestures instead of simply saying anything at all. Then she began telling my son to be quiet and people were sleeping but there were tables of people louder than my son simply being a kid and not doing anything for that matter. Also, for more context, we were the only people of color there and my son is autistic. I mentioned both those things because he looks atypical and she was kinder to another mother and her daughter that resembled our actions down to the same question I asked and louder than my son. It's unfortunate in 2024 we had to experience such an unnecessary experience.

Great stay. Only 2 issues. The bathroom lotion bottle had weird nrownish orange stiff all over it, and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. On a great note though, the staff were phenomenal and the nicest.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service, delicious breakfast bar, beautiful facility. I would highly recommend it.

These rooms are immaculate, the staff is super friendly. If you're looking for an overnight stay right on Rt. 59 after a long day of driving or visiting the Fort Payne area this is the place.

Nice and clean with great friendly service. The bed was a bit soft, but everyone likes something a little different when it comes to beds. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

Well maintained Hotel, staff were very helpful room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only down side was indoor pool was ice cold i had booked this hotel specifically so my kids could seim on spring break.

It was very nice. The staff was very helpful and very nice. We had issues with the TV not working and they came right up and fixed it. Went as far as to tell us that if it can't be fixed they will move us to another room. The continental breakfast was excellent and we liked the fact that there was coffee and hot chocolate available throughout the day. We requested a late check out as well and they gave it to us with no questions asked. We will definitely be staying there again and requesting the same room.

Food was great. Nice and clean. Business center very accommodating.

The hotel was a good fit for the price. It was clean and comfortable but no frills.
