位置很好，從機場可以坐公交到達，走路五分鐘就到海邊，還有游泳池，前台服務很好，熱情，還有白開水，不錯

cutest place ! awesome service. Arnold at the front was amazing and so kind. my room was cutest and so comfy. great location. attached to a cute boutique and a world famous bakery w yummy goods and lattes just down the street. also darling & scrumptious wine bar down the street too. highly recommend Royal Palms resort. they took excellent care of me. thanks

This property was amazing! Definitely going back. The staff were wonderful. The room was big and clean. The area was peaceful and quaint. The bar was so much fun. The bartender was welcoming and attentive. The pool was clean. Lots of outside seating and warm lights. The food from the bar was outstanding. I was addicted to the chicken wings. 1-2 blocks from the beach. Shops and restaurants in the village.

First room lacked any furniture, other than the bed and the TV - no desk, no couch, no armchairs. I asked and got another room of the same size but with a couch and a desk, but the next day hot water broke, so I had to move rooms again, this time to a different building. There, again only one room out of 10 we looked at had a desk, which is the one I picked. In the room where hot water stopped working, the shower faucet was difficult to operate, it was next to impossible to completely shut the water off. The shower head in all rooms is this "square" design, which only pours water down and makes it difficult to take a proper shower. On the upside, the service was OK, Wifi was fast and reliable, and they have amenities like pool and gym and plenty of parking (which is $10/day).

Front desk staff friendly and very pleasant. However … Shocked at the state of our room. No hooks on the wall or counter space in bathroom. Dirty floors and walls. A bunch of young kids had prom and had an after party in one of the rooms next to us. They were jumping in the pool in underwear at 2 am. Had to call front desk. They quickly came out and kicked them out of the pool. No iron. Ironing board was dirty. Stains on the towels. Tons of small ants. Won’t be staying here again. We loved that the beach was steps away but next time will pay a little bit more for something better.

I had an amazing time..everything they say is the truth...pool is clean and deep 8ft at the end...beach is indeed 1 block away...rooms are nothing fancy but are very nice and clean...this is an older but in shape property that calls to mind the ft lauderdale of old ...nothing gaudy about it...it's not a hi rise but is only 2 stories which i personally prefer...it has a nice bar and place to eat right by the pool which I loved...and best of all it's affordable

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfectly located for the parking, pool and walk to the beach.

Awesome stay. Arnold very accommodating Whole staff was great. Perfect location. Will definitely stay here again
