포스테이 모텔(Forstay Motel)

The motel was in walking distance to the beach and a couple of cafes, but longer to other places for dinner etc. There is a shopping centre with supermarkets about 5 mins drive away. The rooms are very comfortable and look renovated, but the bedroom window is over the fence to a noisy petrol station, which starts business at 5:00am when the lights come on. There is no longer a pool at the motel and the spa in the room is still there but not usable. Value for money

We only had one night in Forster on our road trip. We were so glad we chose Forstay from among numerous motels in the town. The location is a short walk to a wide range of restaurants and shops. Our room was exceptionally clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great pressure, the curtains were dark, the towels were fluffy and the room had everything we needed - toaster, microwave, kettle, a fridge, tea, coffee, biscuites, cutlery, glassware, and crockery. The motel is quiet and very close to both the beach and the lake. The reception staff were very welcoming and informative about the region. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the region. Highly recommend.

What a find! Spotlessly clean and comfortable and located minutes from the beach, the river and the restaurants. But it would be just another motel if it wasn't for the wonderful hospitality offered by our hosts Elvira and George, who couldn't be more helpful and friendly, thoroughly genuine and extremely professional. We cant recommend them enough and we definately will be back. Thank you Elvira and George, the natural scenic beauty of Forster is wonderful, but it is the people you meet that make visits like this special.

Comfy room and helpful staff. Well located with a short walk to dive shops, restaurants and shops and bridge to Tuncurry. Good value for the money. Free WIFI, small bar fridge, microwave, dishes and AC. Free parking. Thanks to the friendly staff with directions to local beaches, walkways and orientation of the area.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room and property (nice cold aircon for summer), and very close to town and the beach - easy walk. Didn’t hear a single sound outside even though the property is on a main road, and near a servo (we used the servo a couple of times as a convenience store). Great value stay, especially considering it was a public holiday long weekend.

Was perfect for what we needed, very comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a night here a terrible smell of mould. Really not good enough $242 for a night. I recently stayed in the Grace Hotel in Sydney with breakfast for the same. Disappointed with *******s review of 8.9 be aware!

Bedroom was good and staff were helpful. Towels were very soft which was quite impressive. Location is pretty good with a petrol station next door with a very handy express mart. Shopping malls, beaches and Waterside all within walking distance. I would stay in here again.

Elvira and George are managing the property very well and going above and beyond to make sure that the customers are happy. We are very pleased with the service provided and we will visit again. Thank you for the great experience. Plamen and Milena
