We booked a suite (last week of August), they confirmed the reservation and paid the deposit of € 150. Three days later the person in charge of the establishment called us and told us that he was canceling the reservation. Reason: A French client had booked the entire establishment for him and wanted to extend his stay until the days we had reserved. Obviously he returned the deposit, but the lack of words and the treatment leaving us second-rate clients seems unpresentable to me. Take advantage of it, but if you are not rich, refrain from booking at this establishment, or have a plan B prepared.
