Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities and lovely location in parkland. Convenient bus service into Harrogate from outside entrance. Free wifi, power and good TV signal. Plenty of open spaces for kids with play areas.

Me and my family have stayed on Rudding park touring site on a number of occasions over past 10 years unfortunately there’s a new manager in the past 4 years and there warden was very rude to us the last time I stayed in 2023 I complained the next and as far as I was concerned the matter was over only to find after rebooking online like we always do else received a call from there manager the following day and refused us and originally wasn’t willing to explain why as I received no emails at the time and couldn’t believe there staff can be rude to people there treatment to my family was disappointing and un professional she said we made to much noise after leaving there pub on site and our kids was causing to much noise which was exaggeration to say the least the only complaint we received on the night was a member of there staff night warden who was very rude to us I’m sure the owners wouldn’t be happy with there staff’s attitude to customers as I’ve met them and there nice people happy now to spend our money elsewhere

The hotel is set in the most amazing grounds. On arrival we were greeted by a helpful and friendly member of staff who unpacked the car and showed us to reception. Then parked the car. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and greeted us like family but professionally. Yes we had been there before and were returning for another amazing experience. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated , the bathroom is large with underfloor heating which is nice in the middle of the night if you have to go!!!. our room overlooked the garden with a patio and chairs. We visited the roof top spa which has many facilities to offer, pool, oxygen room, sunlight room, sauna steam room just to mention a few a must on a visit. Dinner was in the Clocktower restaurant... the menu keeps changing which is good, great variety of choice for all dietary requirements. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable the dining room is set in 2 areas one being a conservatory which is nice for breakfast when the sun is shining. Service is good, the food was excellent beautifully prepared . All in all a good stay and yes we will go back again its worth an hour drive to be spoilt.. By the way the beds are ooooh so comfortable ......

Currently still here. It's a lovely site . But don't think we'll return due to large party's been here and been put at side of a family who's got about 20 people round constantly swearing partying don't care about other people who's round them especially waking my baby up constantly cut off point to dispers party's is 11 which I think is pretty late. Dogs are off leads all over running up to you when your dogs on lead The pool is absolutely brilliant lovley and warm also clean and not over crowded staff are also kind and caring . Only let down is there is no kids entertainment at all . Parks could do with upgrading .

Had a 5* stay here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Been a few times for afternoon tea and lunch but decided to have an overnight stay this time. Rudding Park, you didn’t disappoint from start to finish. We were welcomed by friendly reception staff and taken to our room which had a small terrace. The room was well equipped and decorated beautifully. We spent a couple of hours in the indoor pool and relaxing before our evening meal in the Clocktower, which was superb as was breakfast. The staff are all amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds which are a world away from my first visits nearly 50 years when the place was derelict. Would highly recommend a stay here and I’ve already booked to come back with a friend in the Spring. RP holds some special memories for me and you didn’t disappoint.
