I stayed as a solo wheelchair user traveller and the staff couldn't do enough for you so very helpful. However, there should be more consideration made to bathrooms at premier in. There is no excuse not putting wheel in wetrooms. I am discriminated against if I can't use the bath. All premier inn within this area had baths. Need to change access corporate ideology and accessibility. If able bodied can stand in a shower or a seat is put in, fine. Keeping onl non accessible bath's is discriminating in this area and wrong. Please change. .

My 8 year old son woke up here with lots of bites on his leg. I contacted premier inn guest relations who have insisted there is no bed bugs at the hotel, even though I'd seen a bug crawling on the bed. The bites weren't on his leg when we arrived the hotel, we didn't leave the room apart from to go to the restaurant inside the hotel, and he woke up with the bites there. The room was not very clean. And the service is the restaurant was not good at all.

A very tired looking hotel, the food was inedible and the WIFI was shocking, which was strange because i had full signal!!. The bed linen had a very overpowering smell to it. Bar staff friendly enough, maybe the cook needs to brush up on his manners

Premier inns are largely all the same - cheap and cheerful, however the staff here really set this place above the others. Upon arrival we were greeted by a kind and funny lady who made us laugh the minute we got it. The lift was broken, and they still sent an ironing board and iron up to the top floor with a smile. We came back late into the night after far too much to drink, again we had such a laugh with the team on reception, they booked us into breakfast and made sure we were ok upon arrival to breakfast the same lady was on shift who asked how we were. Everyone here seems to enjoy what they do, they were so polite and a good time all round. Nothing was too much trouble for the lady on breakfast shift, explaining if something was missing for breakfast then she would ask the chef to cook more. In short - the room is a standard premier inn. The service, is worlds apart from others I’ve stayed at. You’ve got a lovely team here

The service was good and the food was great, thank you. Some of our group were looking for freshly made food from scratch which was not realistic The team were great and did all they could to help us and we have been a big group. Thank you for a great a great stay!

Very friendly staff, prompt service and room very clean, plenty of onsite parking aswell. Young girl dropped our drinks at the table and the rest of the team quickly come to clear up and resolve the issue, Window in room 61 Needs tightening as when it’s closed the right hand side of the window doesn’t seal.
