It doesn't look like the pictures at all. the room was disgusting full off aunts and bugs sheets was dirty and stained and shower dirty. And more. Girl in the reception named Simone was so rude and didnt even offer us another room or someone to clean the room. So we wanted to cancel as soon as we got in. She said we will be charged the full value - even tho by booking canceling is 50% value so i just canceled from booking and so she had no other option but to give us a refund of the 50% So disgusting honestly

Review en inglés Pousada Sonhos is a charming place! The entire hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel’s restaurant offers exceptional food, and the drinks are great. The beach is beautiful and spacious, and they provide lounge chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys, so there’s no need to buy them for the kids. The hotel staff also helps call taxis whenever needed. It is conveniently located near a small dining area with restaurants and an ice cream shop. Additionally, it’s 30 minutes from one shopping mall (Floripa Shopping) and 40 minutes from another (Villa Romana Shopping). It’s a great place to visit with family. If I could suggest something, I would add a larger pool and a few more options for kids. Review en español: Pousada Sonhos es un lugar encantador. Todo el personal del hotel es muy amable. El restaurante del hotel tiene comida excepcional y las bebidas son muy buenas. La playa es muy linda y amplia, y ofrecen servicio de reposeras, sombrilla y juguetes de playa, así que no hace falta comprarlos para los chicos. El personal del hotel también se encarga de llamarte taxis cuando lo necesites. Además, está bien ubicado, cerca de un mini polo gastronómico con restaurantes y una heladería. También queda a 30 minutos de un shopping (Floripa Shopping) y a 40 minutos

Overall, experience was ok. I say just ok because the apartment I booked, albeit comfortable, had 2 leaks in bathroom on top floor. Yes, it rained like crazy during our stay, & staff has no control over weather, but the problem is, the leaks were not new. There were dark water marks and black mildew on walls, which indicates those issues are not recent. WELL,I certainly got no discount on account of the leaks. Besides, there were leaks all over the stairs/ hallways as well, which were covered w/ bathroom towels. The other issue is, the pousada has a pet mascot, a dog, lovely creature. However, one could tell that there is a dog on premises even when the dog is out of sight because of the pungent smell of... wet dog- not good for allergies. Lastly, the juices on the breakfast table had water added to them "pra render mais", no doubt. Lastly, a shout-out to the staff: Gabriel and the chamber ladies are awesome; they go above and beyond! Not the worst vacation I've taken, but definitely don't feel like I got what I paid for- which was no chump change.

Instalações muito boas, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom, servico de praia excelente com pessoal atencioso e prestativo, sem falar no restaurante que apresenta um cardapio muito bom e os atendentes excelentes em especial a Aline que é muito querida e gentil! Indico!

Un lugar mágico para descansar, muy bien ubicado frente al mar . Atención maravillosa de todos los que trabajan en el lugar, tienen una muy buen restaurant y otros tantos restaurantes muy cerca para visitar . Volveríamos ? Siiii muchas veces

Na última noite, quando entramos no quarto minha esposa viu uma barata no nosso quarto passeando em cima da cama, chamamos o pessoal da recepção para avisar do acontecido e pedimos que fosse trocado o quarto pois minha esposa tem fobia de baratas, nossa solicitação não foi atendida. Tivemos uma noite péssima, minha esposa acordava a todo momento achando que a barata estava em cima, não conseguimos relaxar nenhum momento e pela manhã achamos a barata e ai matei ela, solicitei na recepção que fosse estornada essa estadia pois tivemos uma noite horrível, não fomos atendidos e foi nos dito que como nosso quarto era no térreo, isso pode acontecer. OBS: Só esqueceram de avisar na descrição da Pousada que os quarto térreos desta Pousada podem conter baratas também como hospede, obviamente não teria ficado!
