Disaster. Terrible service from the staff. I’m from Guatemala, and I’m used to the good treatment due to the quality of our people. The employees were extremely rude to us; they didn’t want to give us extra towels when they got dirty, and they did everything reluctantly. They made us feel like a nuisance when their job is literally to provide service. The rooms were extremely dirty. We didn’t expect a 5-star experience, but the hotel is far from being a 4-star one. There were stains on the sheets, they didn’t make the beds, insects in the bathroom, and they didn’t change the towels. I would not recommend it at all; the only good thing was its location

The pictures look great but it's not really all that. The lighting in the tiny room is poor, there is mold on the grout in the shower, there are bugs in the room, can't sit on the little balcony because of ants everywhere, the pool is gross due to the tiles falling off, the hot tub is drained because the tiles have completely fallen off, front desk service is nonchalant about questions on where to find food (they don't have any).... I could keep going.....

Sabana Hotel is such a delightful place to stay in beautiful Flores, Guatemala! The rooms are basic, yet with cold air conditioning to alleviate the sweltering heat, a beautiful view of Lake Petén Itzá and a staff that goes the extra mile to make the stay truly enjoyable and memorable!

Non la consiglio, da migliorare. Camere piccole, sporche con condizionatori vetusti e molto rumorosi che rendono impossibile dormire. Fumo consentito sui balconi e quindi entra tutto in stanza. Non c'è l'ascensore.

Lo mejor me gustó mucho no dudaría en volver a ir a este lugar no olviden visitar este lugar la esta y la comida es muy buena más para estar conviviendo con la pareja o viaje de amigos para los que les gusta comocerlugare nuevos
