Extremely stylish, comfortable accommodation just a couple of hundred yards or so from Santa Croce church and within walking distance of all major attractions. There are also a multitude of good restaurants in the area, some just across the road. The owners are two brothers who were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a very good continental style affair but eggs were also cooked on request. You have to go up two flights of stairs to reach the dedicated elevator which takes you to the entrance door of the accommodation so maybe not ideal for the elderly or infirm. Otherwise, excellent place to stay.

Outstanding place to stay. At first a little confusing to access by road. In the centre of Florence with narrow roads, one way systems and no where to stop/park. Fabio the host however was calm and waiting outside the apartment block once we did finally manage to get there. He organized parking via City Parking who were efficient and took the worry of using the car in such a busy city. The room we were allocated was beautiful and spacious. Decor sophisticated and very Italian. the whole place looked brand new. The breakfast service was superb. The place is a perfect launch pad for florance being right in the centre.

This B&B and was sufficient. Our room was nicely decorated; the beds were just ok regarding comfort; breakfast was subpar; host was responsive when you emailed, but always gave very vague answers to questions; the rooms and bathrooms were clean and nicely updated (note: no washcloths and toiletries provided were not very good). Please be aware that you have to climb three flights of stairs before you get the elevator that takes you up two more floors to the B&B entrance. This was difficult for my 72 year old mother. Also, the lights were out in the entrance at night, which made it difficult to see to find the second security gate and the switch and then do the three flights of stairs at night. I booked this property based on the amazing reviews. I might stay again if it were just my husband and I, but if you are not in shape, have any health issues, or traveling with an older person, I would not recommend this property.
