팔라초 니콜리니 알 두오모(Palazzo Niccolini Al Duomo Residenza d'Epoca)

給了我們一個不好的Suit在酒店最裡麪的位置，房間大，但是空盪盪。門口掛的公爵夫人是冒着綠光，特別瘮人。和酒店提出交涉降級住小房間遭到拒接，Reception説使用過廁所的話換房間要給100U（等於是拒絕要求）這個酒店真的太久了，大家千萬不要住第九間。嚇得一晚上沒睡好。

Very good, beautiful room and nice service provided, everything is incredible

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Palazzo Niccolini last week. What a brilliant hotel this is! When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff on reception, and made to feel very warmly welcome. This was certainly the case for the rest of our stay too.  Nothing seemed too much trouble and staff were only to glad to help us with luggage, book taxis and so on. As a family we stayed in two rooms, both were different colours to each other and equally elegant. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day and we loved the little touches. The marble bathrooms, considered artwork and décor reflect the buildings past as a Palace and are very impressive. The beds were comfy with additional bedding in the wardrobes too. We stayed for four nights and slept very well. The location is ideal, it is in the middle of Florence in a secure courtyard just a short walk away from the Duomo (which you can see from the hotel itself!) and the world famous Uffizi gallery is just round the corner. The hotel is lovely and quiet at night, no sign of the bustling streets below. Breakfast was also excellent here, always a good choice. We enjoyed the fresh coffee, pastries and fruit options. Most days during our stay we also sat in the beautifully decorated and comfy lounge area and enjoyed our own afternoon tea and cake. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and we would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. Thanks to all the lovely staff, we hope to return soon!

Beautiful hotel in an incredible historic property. Staff is extremely helpful and professional. Everything is perfectly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful—they even got special vegan pastries for me!

We stayed here for our first trip to Florence. The location is incredible, just steps away from the Duomo. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. However the staff really made our stay memorable. They were all professional, courteous and very helpful. We will definitely return to this amazing hotel!

Amazing location near the Duomo and sites. It’s located in an actual palazzo and you get the real flavor of Florence.

This is a beautiful hotel with old world charm and modern amenities in the center of historic Florence. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, blankets and pillows. The bathroom was plush and modern. We even had a separate sitting room. The breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful with an attentive kitchen staff. It is served in a grand room with high ceilings, frescoes and chandeliers. A mid-afternoon tea is held there as well. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. They were even kind enough to make arrangements for me to enter one of the unoccupied hotel rooms to photograph the Duomo from an open window at sunrise. We had stayed here ten years ago. We were so happy that we were able to book here again.

This is an excellent hotel and in most respects a five star hotel. The positives are a beautiful historic building with frescos on the ceiling and antique furniture several centuries old. The. view from our room of the Duomo was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the services from employees was first class in all respects. The only negative was significant. The room had a very strong sewer odor that made it almost uninhabitable. The solution was to open the three large windows overlooking the Duomo and this made the odor dissipate to acceptable levels. Unfortunately the tourist and youthful population of Florence drinks and partties until 2-3am in the morning and the Duomo is a popular place. The loud noise made sleeping very difficult. We chose noise over sewer smell but this is not a choice that a client paying over $700 per night should have to make. We also had some water leakage problems in the bathroom. I think much of the issue may stem from rain and old infrastructure of the city but they should have made us aware of this reality before accepting our reservation. The room was # 9 called the Empire Suite. Resolving this problem the Palazzo Niccolini would deserve the highest rating.
