Their use of a shared WhatsApp group made communication effortless; they checked in periodically to see if we needed anything without ever being intrusive. Another highlight was breakfast—rather than a standard hotel buffet, we were given vouchers to two nearby cafés where we enjoyed cappuccinos and pastries alongside Florentine residents. It was another touch that made us feel like we were truly living in the city.
