Had a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.

Pearle beach hotel is really recommended. It was my second times but for a day package among girls. All the staffs are really amazing and always with a great smile. The bar man Mr Patrick was always ready to prepare new and serve us our cocktails. For the 2nd time The General Manager Mr Dave Bundhoo meet us and we had the opportunity to have a coffee again together. We have really appreciate it. Our lunch buffet was very delicious. We had really enjoyed our day. You make even ordinary moments feel extraordinary. We have really impressed with your ability towards your work. Thank you for your kindness. We had a lovely & excellent day at the hotel.

Lies ,Lies ,and more lies The AC did not work, and we sweated in the room with humid heat. I asked three times in the middle of the night for a new room and was told there were no rooms each time. In my pajamas, I finally went to the lobby front desk and threatened to spend the night on the lobby couch. Finally, they gave me another room next door. However, they were too lazy to move the roll away into the new room, so there was not enough room on one bed for the three of us. So, I continued to sweat in the first room. We bought the all-inclusive package. The food was awful, and the drinks were very limited.

I can't recommend Pearle Beach Resort enough. The service here is by far the best I have ever experienced in a hotel and I have been lucky enough to visit lots of them. Every member of the team is friendly and welcoming and you are made to feel like part of the family. Sandy in particular made our stay special, always coming over to chat and giving us great advice on where to visit on the island. The restaurant team were all brilliant, Julietta,Julian,Ariella and everyone else (sorry I don't know all the names). Vikash and the other chefs always came out at meal times to check everything was perfect and chat to the guests. The food selection was good, there were different themed nights and always Mauritian food to try each day. There was always plenty for my boyfriend to eat who is vegetarian. We hired a car through the hotel, Luqmaan on reception was great at helping with this. I would definitely recommend this as a way of seeing the rest of the island. We love snorkelling and found that the beach the hotel is on, was for us the best on the island. You can swim very easily in the lagoon straight off the beach and see all sorts of different marine life,without needing to book a boat trip. We stayed in room 309 and it was perfect. This is one of the recently renovated rooms with a sea view. Sitting on the balcony at the end of each day and watching the sunset was my favourite thing to do. On arrival we were treated to a fruit platter and a bottle of fizz delivered to our room and a couple of welcome gifts. One night we were even invited for drinks with the management team in a 'secret' location. The housekeeping team were also brilliant. I loved that they visited the rooms on the evening to check if you needed anything even after they had already been earlier in the day. Damien from the entertainment team was great, I joined one of his aqua gym classes which was a laugh. He was quick to learn which guests were keen to join in activities and which ones preferred to observe and he didn't harass you. Patrick and the team in the bar were very friendly too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming to Mauritius. The staff made it be a very pleasent staying! In the end, we can say that our stay was very pleasant, even though the first contact with our accommodation disappointed us a lot! The budget rooms are in another building, what is not clear when booking, with conditions that leave a lot to be desired... very bad smell and in need of a thorough and urgent renovation! Fortunately, in the last few days they moved us to the main building, in a very nice renovated room! Despite this, all the staff, without exception, were always incredibly friendly and available, making us feel very welcome.
