The house has 4 large bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine but which can be closed. You will have a large garden equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue, to spend pleasant moments of relaxation with friends or family. The terrace and the garden are full south and not overlooked. The property is secured by an electric gate. The proximity of the beaches (25mn), Mont St Michel (35mn), the Champrépus Zoo (10mn) and the City of copper (5mn) will enhance your stay.
