하루 여행 끝에 합리적인 가격으로 깨끗하고 조용한 방을 찾는 것이 항상 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크 경험은 훌륭하고 매우 좋은 사람들이었습니다. 이 숙박은 깨끗하고 편안하며 조용한 방을 제공 한 숙박으로 내 기대를 뛰어 넘었습니다. 다시 여기 머무르기를 망설이지 않을 것 같습니다.

Do not give this hotel money. I will just leave the email I sent to them as a review. ”Hello, I booked a room in Hotel Aspen inn suites from from June 7th until the 9th. Upon arrival we were told we would need move all of our things from our room the next morning because they needed the room that we were given. We were told we would be given an identical room later the next day, but where my irritation comes from is that if the room was identical why did we need to repack all of our things instead of giving the free room to the people that were coming the next day? The manager said it's because the people had booked it almost a month and half ago, but so did we. We paid for the room for two full days thinking we would have a fridge, only to be told we needed to pack it all up. We wasted money on food that we in turn had to throw out because of your hotels inability to schedule properly. The room was also in a sad state, the phone was on the floor with no table , there were only 4 towels in a room meant for 6 people, no wash clothes, the sofa bed actually hurt to sleep on and there were no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. The second room didn't even have a sheet for the sofa bed. I am requesting to have a partial refund for our room. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If you are going to have someone leave a room they paid for, at least give them a warning before they arrive. Having the manager tell me that we agreed to this was also infuriating seeing as we had no other choice, we had to agree or have no room at all. I had 3 children with me, I can't sleep in my car. ” I use the term ”manager ” loosely. She was basically just telling my it was our fault for agreeing and if we wanted we could leave the entire time I was talking to her. The pool also had a lock on it the two days we stayed there, and your socks turned black if you walked in the floor.

Just because you don’t say the N-word (in public) does not make you not racist! Sara’s behavior was a classic example of a white person asserting authority over black person. Sara continuously interrupted me, and would not see things from my perspective, because my perspective did not matter to her; so she did not have a full account of the situation. After the conversation, this general manager, SARA CURNES continued to harass me as I walked away. Then she called my room and asked me to leave the property. I have to leave because she didn’t do her job properly? Sara wanted me to focus on maintenance coming into the room, when no one should have been given authorization without my knowledge,to come in the room; since I had access as a customer to the room. I spoke with VC, operations manager, and he’s going to comp me for the night that I stayed, and he has arranged for me to stay at another property that hopefully appreciates my patronage.

이 호텔은 미국에서 비교적 새롭고 고급스러운 모텔이며 서비스가 매우 좋고 내가 살고 있는 스위트룸, 욕실이 매우 크고 아들의 소파 베드가 잘 수 있습니다. 그랜드 캐년에서 너무 먼 위치입니다. 너무 늦게 설정되어 관광 시즌에는 그곳에서만 살 수 있습니다. 그건 그렇고 좀 힘들었습니다.
