Independent house well positioned in a residential area in the center of Fiumicino Country yards away from the Sea, main street, dining area and all of the amenities the city can offer. Public transportation to all direction just at the door step, 5 minutes away from Airport, and 5 minute away from ancient Roman sites of Ostia Antica, Port of Claudius, Necropolis of Porto, and very close two Malls.
The house is on two floors with a large garden and patio with BBQ and dining space in the door you have a full equipped kitchen, family & Dining Room, Bedroom with Bath and a sofa bed. in the first floor two double bedrooms two bathrooms, and a corridor to access the large balcony. Roof top is a solarium.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.Smoking is allowed only out of the building.About events:No events allowed.

The host takes extreme pride in his home. It’s very clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Fausto is knowledgeable, super helpful, spent time showing up everything and really made us feel like family. We were so happy to find cold beverages and coffee after travelling to get here it was a very nice touch.

I don't know why but our GPS jept trying to take us up the street. Once we got Fausto on the phone, everything was easy. The parking is small, even for a small car, but we managed with help. Lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. Tons of food and drink for purchase and some complimentary Continental breakfast items. The rooftop is beautiful as is the garden. There were some mosquitos that made it inside with us, but it was fine after about two hours. Thanks for making us feel at home!

Awesome
Fasco was great as usual he was very helpful in getting information to us this was a great adventure for us being the first time in Italy. It was very nice that we could stay there the second time for a couple days before we caught our flight back to the states

Perfect last day before taking the plane
Fausto is one of the best host we had. Generous with breakfast food, we felt like he took the time to make sure we had everything we needed.
Great restaurants at a walking distance and only 12 mins to the airport. You even have a little shop in the house for your last minute shopping or dinks.
You live in Fausto's house I think, so you feel like a local.
