One of the best hotel stays I’ve had - truly excellent customer service from the moment we checked in to leaving the hotel. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and pays attention to the small details from water & lavender towels upon arrival, breakfast bar that can be ordered, delicious coffee and green juices. We ordered room service and it arrived promptly every night and every night they would come around with brigadeiro as desserts to your room. The pool is beautiful and incredibly relaxing.

One of the best options in Noronha. The location, staff and services are great. I want to name Gutemberg, Thales, Ionara and Cintia as the best. Congrats.. everything was provided with care and love, and the breakfast is amazing. Truly a magical place to stay

The Hotel in General is great. The view from our room and the general pool is stunning. The staff was very attentive since the moment we arrived. The first day we had a leaking water from the ceiling of the room and the change us to a different room with the same amenities. The only thing I won’t give 10 starts is the communication with the concierge, there were some misinformation between us at the moment of booking for tours but other than that I will fully recommend this place. It’s worth it every penny you spend and actually a good price compared to other posadas around. Thank you for the experience Hamares 🫶🏽

My stay at Hotel Hamares was a complete disaster and a total lack of respect for the customer. I faced a series of issues that ruined my vacation and put my family, including my 1-year-old baby, in uncomfortable and risky situations. • I was locked out of my room because the door lock ran out of batteries, leaving my baby crying and attacked by mosquitoes. • The air conditioning in the room didn’t work, and the door beeped all night long. • Housekeeping was unacceptable: dirty floors, wet towels left unchanged, and trash piled up. • Promised solutions, like a room upgrade, were never delivered. The hotel charges exorbitant rates, but the service is disorganized and disgraceful, failing to provide even the basics – comfort and safety. I strongly do not recommend this place and am waiting for a response regarding the refund for the nights that were a complete nightmare.

Outstanding service and location! I highly recommend staying at the Hamares in any occasion - from a honeymoon to a business trip. I stayed at the hotel for a few days, and beyond the breathtaking views and the amazing food, the employees were delightful. Definitely a must go when in Noronha. Every detail was thought of so well, from the decor and the well designed rooms, to the treats delivered to the room daily. Pedro and Felipe went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I appreciate you all. Excelente atendimento e localização! Eu recomendo ficar no Hamares em qualquer ocasião - desde uma lua de mel até uma viagem de negócios. Fiquei alguns dias no hotel e, além das vistas deslumbrantes e da comida incrível, os funcionários foram maravilhosos. Definitivamente um lugar imperdível quando estiver em Noronha. Cada detalhe foi muito bem pensado, desde a decoração e os quartos bem desenhados, até os mimos entregues diariamente no quarto. Pedro e Felipe fizeram de tudo para que eu me sentisse em casa. Eu aprecio todos vocês.

Good location and great views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms. Great experience. Although the hotel is fairly new, a few spots already need maintenance. There are broken tiles in the pool. The lobby, living room, and restaurant area, need air conditioning. It is very hot inside these areas and, while there are many open spaces there is almost no wind. That creates a hot environment and brings in lots of mosquitoes.

Esta viagem se tornou ainda mais incrível quando escolhemos Hamares como nosso lugar. Hamares trás um contato direto com o mar, uma vista deslumbrante, quartos incríveis e atendimento classe A. Ainda sobre atendimento, o Bartender Ed Carlos, foi incrível, nos proporcionou ótimos drinks e fez de nossa estadia ainda mais especial. Sua setlist de músicas tive de seguir para trazer um pouco de Noronha para casa e ouvir em dias de saudades. Obrigado Hamares em especial Ed.
