Recently renovated, the room was really clean and comfortable. Very close to a path down to the beach, great for little ones.

OMG where do we start, internet does not work, end of story despite their excuses, more than four rooms occupied no internet, reception is a waste of time, they cannot, will not do anything to make things easier, they threaten you with the police if you dare to argue with them, the hotel is a joke, they show you rooms with a sea view, however they do no tell you that these rooms are privately owned and the only room available to anyone who books looks out over scrubland or neighbours gardens, there are builders there who have been there forever renovating rooms on the ground floor, we travel a lot, In all honesty I have NEVER in all of my travels come acorss such an inept bunch of people in all of my life, this could be a lovely hotel with the right management or the right reception staff unfortunaltly you have neither, do this place a favour sell to a company that knows what they are doing, do you not read your trip advisor reports, you only reply to your positive reports which are 1 in about 20, get real and read the rest, they are sending you a message, you are crap, sell the place to someone who can use the location and stop being the pratts that you are, full on the 31st January? dream on. you are a joke suck it up and get real, pictures are of the damp in the room we were given, we were told use this room, leave or we will call the police.

2 bedroom apartment with huge terrace. Clean and Nice. Minus for renovation sound and no light in stairs. But when high season start this hotel is perfect. Pool. Friendly staff. Nice bar. Close to beach and local supermarket. Couldn’t be better. Recommend and we will back.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in my life.Such a terrible experience….. When we arrived the room was dirty, mold all over the tub,dead mosquitoes on the wall,sticky floors, the AC & coffe maker weren’t working, there was used soap in the shower. A complete dumpster… would never recommend this place.When we complained they told us they were going to fix the AC.That never happened…Room was 90 degrees (while the outside temperatures was around the same) ….we had to sleep almost naked to cope with the extreme temp…..next day they promised to fix AC and still that never happened instead they offfered us a Portable AC they gave us a 8” inch Table fan…..management was a complete joke. I couldn’t believe the attitude of the management company.They completely ruined my vacation with my kids and my wife, we were paying $315.00 + tax per night for a dumpster….And they are going to refund 20% for two nights trying to sleep at 90degrees???it’s humiliating the way this hotel treated their guests. There’s such a difference when you visit other places in the world where they REALLY treat customers with respect. I’ve visited so many places in Portugal & had a pleasant stay but this poor management at this hotel made this stay so unpleasant a complete shame. Was really looking forward to this stay with my family and unfortunately nothing went as expected.

Don't look at the photos of the nice rooms you will end up in the really old rooms .staff rude unhelpful.owner as rude as everyone else.had to beg for a kettle.i don't like coffee but was told I had to use it as the kettle.it reeked of coffee .I had to wait hours for a kettle which was sorted out by the cleaners.cleaners were the best thing I can say about the hotel and being next to the beach .they have lost my custom for good.

Currently staying here and its brill if your wanting total relaxation. Beach 2 mins away pool cold but amazing to cool you down. Gentle breeze which you are so glad of while lying on the beds. Room im staying in is basic but adequate and spotlessly clean. If you looking for a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of albufera this is it

Great place 100 steps to the beach ! Had a modern apartment on first floor. Had swimming pool and could see the sea from outside. Nice spacious bedroom, balcony. Neat bathroom. Useful kitchenette and kettle.

Property was perfect,quiet and clean..pool and sun loungers available and kept clean and tidy.lovely gardens by pool.walking distance of 5mins to beach(easy walkable stairs) local large supermarket 12min walk.rooms had all u need for self catering stay and staff very friendly and willing to help

Stayed here this week, 3 adults and 2 children under 10. Was so worried when reading previous reviews. How wrong I was to. It really is amazing. We stayed in a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment. Spotlessly clean on arrival and cleaned every day with lovely cleaners who were so friendly. Pool area quiet and peaceful. The walk right next to the beach was just perfect. Would recommend anyone staying here. Area was quiet with a 10-15 minute ride to albufeira old town costing around £7 in a Uber. Please take other reviews with a pinch of salt. Would come back in a heart beat. Had no issues at all.
